116 Maples is located on one of the prettiest streets in the village of Anna Maria, this gorgeous 4 bedroom, 2 and a half bath home is just steps away from the beach. This quiet, tree-lined street evokes memories of Florida Gulf Coast islands in days gone by, with a shaded path providing access to the island's fabulous white-sand beach and crystal-clear Gulf waters.

When you're not out soaking up the sun, enjoy the comfortable surroundings of home, with exotic hard wood floors in the living and dining room, Mexican tiles in the kitchen, and vaulted ceilings with an open walkway upstairs. The open living area features a large dining table and comfortable sofas for kicking back to watch the large flat-screened t.v. Granite counters and a gas stove make the kitchen especially attractive and functional, while the laundry room off the kitchen is perfectly positioned for convenience.

Behind the kitchen is a half bath across from a bedroom with a twin daybed and trundle, with the master bedroom and bathroom beyond. Two additional bedrooms are at the top of the open staircase, along with another full bathroom.

Outside you'll find a large deck on the front of the house, and downstairs you'll find plenty of room to kick back while cooking dinner on the gas grill. You'll find you can easily access everything on the island, whether by foot, by bike, or by jumping on the free Island Trolley at the end of the street.
