Welcome to prestigious Valencia Villa's on Fort Myers Beach. This small community of six exquisite homes is located at the south end of Fort Myers Beach in a peaceful cul-de-sac. 7523 Lake Valencia Court is a stunning three bedroom, three full and one half bath home, built in 2006, that sleeps six. For your convenience there is an elevator to carry you between levels of the home for those who may find the stairs a bit of a challenge.



The interior of the home will appeal to the most discriminating of clients. Professional decorated in a Tommy Bahama style, the condo emits a warmth and Caribbean feel to it. The open concept great room is comprised of the kitchen, dining room and living room. It's bathed in natural light from the multiple windows and wall of sliding glass doors leading to the lanai. Rich fabrics, warm, tropical colors and decor surround you in comfort and will begin to immediately relax even the most stressed of souls.



The kitchen is spacious and modern with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Plenty of cupboard space, along with all the amenities of home, have been provided for your stay. A gas grill can be found on the ground floor of the home for your barbequing pleasure.



The formal dining room seats everyone in air conditioned comfort and style; however, you may choose to enjoy your meals on the screened in lanai overlooking the backyard and expansive green space behind the home.



The living room offers entertainment in the form of a large flat screen TV and is also a great place to connect to the wireless internet. Comfortable furnishings allow you to settle in making this your home away from home. You'll soon come to realize that your stay here in Paradise is going to be too short no matter how long you have booked to stay.



The screened in lanai opens off the living room and provides for a great open air space to enjoy bug free days and nights. On those perfect Florida days, turn off the air, open the sliders and let the Gulf breeze blow through the house. Being just a short walk to the beach you can smell the salt air and on quite nights if you listen closely you can hear the sounds of the waves.



Located on the main floor of the home are two of the three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full ensuite bathroom, making for three master suites. Laundry facilities can also be found on this level with your own private full size washer and dryer and a half bath for everyone's convenience.



The first of the two bedrooms has a queen bed with a tub/shower combination full bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed, in-room TV, private entrance to the lanai, along with a large ensuite full bathroom. The bathroom is complete with a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, his and her sinks and tray ceilings.



Heading up to the third floor of the house is wonderful separate living space. A mini bar, along with office and small sitting area, make this a peaceful get-a-way. The third master suite is located off this area with a king size bed, in-room TV, private balcony that is perfect for late night star gazing with that special someone in your life, and a full ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has his and her sinks, a jetted tub and full walk-in shower as well. This area is great for a peaceful master suite escape or for company that may come to visit, providing them with their own breathing space for everyone while visiting.



Valencia Villa's has a beautiful in-ground, heated pool, along with pool side loungers for you to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. Tennis courts have also been provided a short walk from the condo for those who might want to challenge a friend to a match.



Deeded beach access can be found directly across the street from Valencia Villa's. Enjoy seven miles of our white sugar sand beach just a few minute walk from your home. Situated at the south end of the island you also have the unique opportunity to explore the Estero Critical Wildlife Preserve as well. If you are a bird or nature lover, you will love the preserve and this beautiful unspoiled section of the beach.



Centrally located you can walk to Santini Marina plaza. Here you'll find numerous shops and restaurants, a post office, and much more. Quick groceries can be found at the CVS beside the plaza or 7/11 across the street from it. A full service grocery store is two miles north of the house here on the island. The beach movie theater, parasailing, jet ski rentals and much more are once again only a short walk from the house. Jump on the trolley right at the corner of Estero Blvd. and head north or south on the island to additional shops and restaurants or down to Lovers Key State Park and explore additional miles of secluded beaches.



Please note for our guests with allergies this home is both pet free and smoke free. Due to homeowner association rules this home has a strict one month minimum policy. We cannot rent for less.
