The open concept living area offers plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Oversized sofas with a queen sleeper bed, and comfortable chairs give the perfect backdrop for a family movie night or to watch the big game. Your professional grade kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and glasses you need for big feasts. The dining area has seating for 4 at the table and an additional seating at the breakfast bar leaving plenty of elbow space for the family after a slow day at the beach. A full-size washer and dryer are provided wash away the sea water and get ready for your next day!
The Master suite has a king-size bed, a private ensuite with tub/shower combo and double vanities. Wake up to the Emerald Coast every morning, with large windows to picture frame the views. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and large closet. The adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combo with stunning granite countertops and large sink basin.
Upon arriving at Sandestin, you can park your car in the gated parking area, and forget about it; everything you need is right here. The beachfront building at Beachside Tower 1 features gated beach access, two elevators, luggage carts, large (seasonally) heated pool, hot tub, grilling area poolside, fitness center, trash chutes on every floor and complimentary WiFi. Walk straight down to the beach where you can rent some beach chairs from onsite vendors, enjoy some watersports, or dine al fresco with a freshly made cocktail at the beachfront restaurant.
Golf cart rental is available for rent, which makes getting anywhere in Sandestin or Grande Blvd a joy for the entire family! Golf cart parking is available and abundant all over Sandestin Resort and Grande Blvd. This is the VIP's way of travel. You won't even need your car.
