INSIDE THE HOUSE

The large first floor King Bedroom can serve as a mother-in-law suite with twin room/queen sofa sleeper separate kitchen, its own private patio and full bathroom. This room sleeps up to 5 people comfortably, and is perfect for teenagers or extended family.

Welcome to your beach sanctuary. The main living room has plenty of seating for everyone and a large flat screen TV, perfect for movie nights or to watch the big game.

The chefs kitchen has a full suite of appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and glasses you need for big feasts. The dining area has seating for 10 at the table and an additional 4 at the breakfast bar.
Guests can relax after a long day at the beach in one of 2 queen bedrooms and a full bath on this level. There is also a convenient queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. A shared bathroom on this floor includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The 3rd Floor is gives way to (2) of the oversized King Master Suites with private bathrooms along with partial views of the Gulf of Mexico off one of the decks. The 1st Master suite has a King size bed, an adjoining bunkroom and single sleeper chair. The second Master suite includes a King size bed, twin room, full sleeper sofa and a fireplace, Both suites offer walk-in closet provides plenty of storage for your bags. The en-suite bathroom indulges with a tub and separate shower with his-and-hers sinks.

An outdoor deck is perfect for drinking morning coffee in the Gulf breeze. Feel free to use the grill, or relax in the outdoor sitting area. There's a stockpile of beach supplies for guests to use, and an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse away the beach at the end of the day!
Enjoy one of the many decks for some privacy. You will find TV's in every bedroom and family room.

This rental is just steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and just a two-minute walk from the community pool. Or, if shopping is more your style, the rental is steps from Silver Sands Premium outlets and Destin Commons, which are loaded with stores like Coach, Gap, Nike, Sephora, H&M, World of Beer and Polo Ralph Lauren.

Terra Cotta is a family friendly neighborhood and offers a private community pool as well as private beach access, Tennis Courts, Sand volleyball pit.

Chateau Margo is Pet Friendly, some restrictions apply. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $200 is due at time of booking. Pets not allowed on furniture, additional fees may apply for any damage from pets, or additional cleaning due to pets on couches, sofas, chairs, beds, pools etc. Please contact a member of Guest Services for additional information.
