Chez Vous is a beautiful 3-story home located an easy 5 minute stroll to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It features a private pool and patio with a built-in gas grill. This 4BR, 3.5BA home is perfect for your next beach getaway! Enjoy shopping at Destin Commons and Silver Sands, or take a two-minute walk to the community pool!

INSIDE THE HOUSE

The large first floor master bedroom has a king sized bed also has a large bar area with mini-sink, dishwasher, small fridge and a full bathroom. Laundry is provided conveniently on the 1st floor and offers a full size washer and dryer.

Step outside the master onto a large patio with built in gas grill and the private saltwater filtered swimming pool. This area also has a splash pad area for your younger guests to play in. Relax in the sun on one of several pool loungers or find shade on the patio. A spiral staircase leads guests to the second floor balcony, which runs the length of the home.

Beautiful French doors frame the large second story open concept living area. The living room has a flat screen TV with surround sound as well as a Roku for watching movies from your Netfix or Amazon accounts. This area is ideal for large gatherings after a day at the beach or swimming in the pool. The large kitchen and dining area is perfect for family dinners or baking cookies, you will find it fully stocked, just add food. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and additional stools at the breakfast bar. The second floor also has 2 beautiful King bedrooms with a shared bath as well as a powder room.

The magnificent third floor master suite includes a King bedroom with ensuite featuring s a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanity sinks. Also on this floor is a spacious bunkroom with a twin top and full bottom bunk bed. A private third floor deck with spectacular views in every direction is perfect for drinking morning coffee in the Gulf breeze or watch the evening sunset in paradise.

Enjoy one of the many baloconies for some privacy. You will find TV's in every bedroom and family room. We provide many extras such as a pack-n-play, highchair, many beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon for hauling the little ones to the beach and a cart for carrying your beach chairs and toys. We want your stay to be as stress-free as possible!

This rental is just steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and just a two-minute walk from the community pool. Or, if shopping is more your style, the rental is steps from Silver Sands Premium outlets and Destin Commons, which are loaded with stores like Coach, Gap, Nike, Sephora, H&M, World of Beer and Polo Ralph Lauren.

Hungry? The Crab Trap Destin is a great, beachfront seafood shack just 0.6 miles away, or try the upscale Cuvee Destin with an eclectic menu, just a six-minute drive away.

Terra Cotta is a family friendly neighborhood and offers a private community pool as well as private beach access, Tennis Courts, Sand volleyball pit.
An additional $250 charge for the pool to be heated for your entire stay. Please notify us at the time of your registration that you want that added.
Chez Vous is Pet Friendly, some restrictions apply. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $200 is due at time of booking. Pets not allowed on furniture, additional fees may apply for any damage from pets, or additional cleaning due to pets on couches, sofas, chairs, beds, pools etc. Please contact a member of Guest Services for additional information.
