The covered back porch sitting area is perfect for morning coffee.
The open concept living area offers plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Oversized sofas with a queen sleeper bed, and comfortable chairs give the perfect backdrop for a family movie night or to watch the big game. Your professional grade kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and glasses you need for big feasts. Thoughtful items such as: blender, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, roasting pan, & slow cooker are also provided. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and an additional 4 at the breakfast bar leaving plenty of elbow space for the family after a slow day at the beach. A full-size washer and dryer are provided wash away the sea water and get ready for your next day!
The second story guest suite has a king-size bed, a full bathroom and private balcony. Down the hall is 2 sets of bunk beds, private bathroom, a smart TV, and an Xbox, the perfect place for late night giggle sessions. Finally, the master suite is located at the back of the house. This spectacular bedroom boasts a King bed, private balcony, smart TV, walk in closet, and private bathroom with a huge walk in shower and double vanity.
At the rear of the home, there is an outdoor shower, for rinsing off after a day at the beach as well as a grill for summer BBQ's on the covered back deck. The home is just leisurely stroll around the corner to the community pool
Included in this rental are 2 golf carts (saving you $650 a week per golf cart rental), making getting anywhere in Sandestin or Grande Blvd a joy for the entire family! Golf cart parking is available and abundant all over Sandestin Resort and Grande Blvd. This is the VIP's way of travel. You won't even need your car.
