The Getaway

The moment you arrive at "The Getaway", you'll feel the comfort and peacefulness of this home. Located in the pristine and sought after community of Villa Lago in Sandestin, this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Mediterranean home does not disappoint! At over 2200 square feet, this newly constructed stunner boasts 10 foot ceilings, hardwood and travertine tile throughout, and panoramic views of the Baytowne Golf Course. There is a covered back deck and additional brick paver patio. The kitchen is decked out in stainless steel and granite, and the entire home finds the perfect balance between comfort and style, with designer touches and high end finishes everywhere.

Start your day from the back patio enjoying a cup of coffee, taking in the gorgeous view of the golf course while enjoying the beautiful stream. You can even catch and release in the stream! Then be sure to enjoy all of the beach toys, umbrella and four beach chairs provided for your use. Jump on the golf cart and head to the beach. Or catch the shuttle. You have choices. You can just put away your car keys while you are here. They are not needed. You are close to everything you may want or need!

The beautiful first floor consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed and private bath, high-end kitchen, spacious living area with a queen pullout bed sofa and an extended back patio to enjoy the view. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with everything including a pizza stone, griddle, slow cooker, roasting pan and blender. There is seating for 12 (8 at the table and 4 at the bar). There is also a nice outdoor grill for your use.

Upstairs you will find the master suite with a king bed and private bath with a balcony to enjoy the sweeping views of the golf course. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 4th bedroom contains 2 bunk beds. All of the king and queen beds contain a state of the art Dream Weaver Mattress. Sleep will be guaranteed after your day of sun & fun.

For those rainy or relaxing days: All bedrooms have a Smart TV with DVD players. There is also Netflix that can be enjoyed for up to 4 TVs. The bunk room has an X-Box with 2 games and 2 controllers.

Included in this rental are two golf carts (saving you $650.00 a week per golf cart), making getting anywhere in Sandestin or Grand Blvd a joy for the entire family! Golf cart parking is available and abundant all over the Sandestin Resort and Grande Blvd. This is the VIP's way of travel.

The community of Villa Lago is located within a short walk of Baytowne Wharf. With everything from a carousel to nightclubs, the lively "downtown" hub of Sandestin offers countless shopping, dining, and entertaining options for all ages. Also, Grand Blvd has some of the finest restaurants, shops, movie theater, and Publix.
