Sleep in true Tuscan comfort with two master bedrooms with ensuites, a private guest room and one half bath, this lovely home accommodates up to ten guests.

Outside, your private patio overlooks a quaint lake. Enjoy relaxing on the patio furniture or grill your favorite meal at the outdoor kitchen. Perhaps one of the best features of the patio is the Sandestin Summer Fireworks show; every Tuesday during the summer affords guests a front row seat to the show. Boat and Pontoon Rentals are also available at the Marina at Baytowne Wharf. The Grand Boulevard shopping district can be accessed directly via your golf cart and has some of the finest restaurants, shops, movie theater, and Publix grocery store and weekend farmers markets and events. Golf cart parking is available all over Sandestin® Resort and Grand Blvd.

Entertainment and Internet features: Tuscan Paradise features 4 high Definition TV sets. The living room has a 55-inch set, the master bedrooms have 43-inch sets and the bunkroom has a 24-inch set for the kids. Netflix viewing is available on all TV sets. The Entertainment package features are: Over 200 channels of viewing including SEC networks, NFL Package for all pro-football games, HBO, Movie Channel, Starz, etc. Additionally the entertainments package includes several dozen digital music channels. For those who wish to listen to their individual playlists from iPhones, iPods, or other personal music devices, a premium sound bar with Bluetooth capability and wireless sub-woofer has been provided.
