Upper level: A stunning balcony separates the master bedroom creating a parents retreat at the front of the property and offers split system air conditioning, ceiling fan, a queen size bed, side tables, built-in robe, flat screen TV and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet.

The second bedroom located to the rear of the property also offers a queen size bed for another couple and includes side tables, built-in robe and ceiling fan with the third bedroom offering 2x single beds, side table, built-in robe and ceiling fan. (Please note that there is no air-conditioning in the second and third bedrooms) 

The main bathroom has a standard size bath, vanity and shower, with a second vanity and toilet located opposite (see floor plan).

Sea Whispers @ Fingal Bay is in a perfect location, peacefully private yet close to all the features of Fingal Bay. 15 metres from the front door, you will find walking paths that take you to the beach in one direction and to the Sports Club in another direction. Stroll down the road to the Market Street shopping strip where you can enjoy beautiful coffee, meals and beer on tap at The Cellar Cafe. Market Street also boasts a Beautician, Hairdresser, Friendly Grocer, Bottle shop, Take Away Cafe and Petrol Station.

By the beach you will find FREE BBQ and picnic facilities, childrens playground with flying fox, the Long Boat Cafe for breakfast or lunch and the Fingal Bay Surf Life Saving Club. Tree lined cycle-ways will safely take your family from the boat ramp around to Shoal Bay.
