The Space:
My place is close to Gulf of Mexico Beaches, World Famous Sponge Docks, Lake Tarpon, Freshwater and Saltwater Fishing, Fred Howard Park, Anderson Park, Boat Ramps, The Arts, Epiphany Celebration.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy the full yard area, fire pit, courtyards etc.
Interaction with Guests:
Because we respect the privacy of our guests we generally do not interact with them unless they have a specific need.
The Neighborhood:
Our property is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood with easy access to walking trails and the famous Pinellas Trail. CVS Pharmacy, Publix, Queen's Pizza and Starbucks are all within an easy walk.
Getting Around:
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services Uber or Lyft
Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one available on site 24/7.
