2 Bed/2 Bath Spacious Condo In Picturesque Resort And Spa ***Owner Operated***

Our condo (called My Bahama Bay) is located in the beautiful Bahama Bay Resort. Bahama Bay is a secluded, tranquil, Caribbean-style Condo resort sitting right on the banks of the picturesque Lake Davenport and is laid out over a 70-acre spread of gardens, lawns, lagoons, and fountains making it a truly beautiful place to stay. The resort boasts 4 heated pools and 6 large Jacuzzis, a children's water park, 2 playgrounds, free WIFI, a fitness center, tennis court, basketball court, sandy beach area with beach volleyball and lovely cabanas, nature trails, fishing dock, pool tables and many arcade games. Bahama Bay, in recent years, won Virgin Holidays Prestigious Bronze award in the Category of Best Hotel In Florida.

Just 11 short minutes to Walt Disney World, 25 minutes to Sea World and 30 minutes to Universal Studios, it's the perfect combination of being close but not too close to the major Orlando attractions. At night, guests can watch the Disney theme-park fireworks light up the sky from the clubhouse balcony without fighting the crowds or traffic. We are minutes for 8 major eateries and super markets.

Our Andros 2bed/2bath is the largest of the 2/2s at Bahama Bay. With the nice spacious floor plan, sleeping 5 is not a problem and includes a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sofa in the living room. We also have a crib, a highchair and two full bathrooms — the master bath has dual sinks, separate walk-in shower and an enormous soaker tub. All rooms have High Definition Cable TV. We also offer our own personal wifi. There is also an in-unit laundry room for your convenience. We like to spend our evenings on the screened in lanai. With a large table and seating for six, it becomes our nightly hangout after a busy day.

Come and enjoy any one of the 4 heated pools. If playing sports is more your thing, then check out our sand volleyball court. Or grab a fishing pole and catch a few bass off the dock. Who know, you may even see a gator.

Our unit is on the first floor. No need to worry about lugging your bags up flights of stairs. Parking is never an issue. Our condo is an end unit so there's plenty of parking in front of and on the side of the building. As parents of young children, we know how hard it is to carry all that's needed when traveling with children. We wanted a vacation home that was easy to get in and out of...for all of us.

No need to worry about dinner. Bahama Bay has two restaurants to choose from, Mambos and Tradewinds. Grab a burger, a beer, and relax. After a long day at the parks, the last thing I want to do is cook. Having restaurants so close to our condo has been such a convenience. Breakfasts are super simple, too. Eating before we hit the parks has been a real blessing. Our fully furnished condo has a coffee pot and tea kettle, all standard appliances (even a dishwasher), and place settings for everyone.

PROPERTY RULES:
A few notes for vacationers:

If there is freshwater there is a gator, therefore, no swimming or wading in ponds.
As my mama use to say, "Look with your eyes, not with your hands." So please do not touch the flora or fauna.
The Florida sun is HOT HOT HOT! Drink more water than you think is necessary. Apply more sunscreen than you think you should.

Max Occupancy is 5.
Minimun age for registered guest is 25.
Quiet hours are from 11PM to 7am.
Sorry, no pets allowed. I have a furry baby, too. It breaks my heart to leave her, but I must as well.
No Smoking! If the need arrises, please do it out front and away from the front door.

Remove all trash and perishable items from the home.
Return all housewares and furniture back to their original position.
Please leave a clean set of linens for each guest and a clean set of sheets for each bed used.

BEDROOM #1 DESCRIPTION:
Our Master bedroom has a dresser and 2 nightstands for storage, a walk-in closet, a master bath and a private lanai. Extra linens are provided for your convenience. There is a mounted Flat screen TV for your personal enjoyment. We also have a portable crib stored in the Master Closet for sleep little tikes not quite ready for a big kid bed.

Our Master bathroom is enormous. It has dual sinks, a large shower and a deep soaker tub. All linens are provided, as well. There's plenty of room and light to get ready for the day.
