Welcome to Casa Alegria! An extended vacation at this Bahamian style conch house is sure to bring you happiness and joy!

As you approach the front of the house you'll notice ample off-street parking on either side (a rarity in Old Town!) as well as an easy place to park bicycles. You can park your vehicles and forget them since Old Town attractions are an easy walk or quick bike ride away. Enter the front gate through the white picket fence and leave your cares behind. The front porch features a settee and porch swing. You can watch the party go by on Third Thursdays during "Walk on White" or join in and enjoy a glass of wine and art displays at this monthly community gathering on White Street.

As you enter the house, the living room greets you with plenty of places to curl up with a good book and relax. A queen sofa bed provides added flexibility for guests. Your group will enjoy Wi-Fi internet, HD televisions, even 3D TV with Netflix and other On-Demand movies, plus cable with premium channels. You'll stay cool and comfortable with zoned A/C throughout the home.

Casa Alegria offers flexible sleeping arrangements with comfy bedding and en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom. The front bedroom is accessible from the living room and has its own outside entrance. Two twin wicker beds can be converted into a king, or kept separate. This room includes a flat screen HD TV and en-suite bathroom including shower and bathtub, and a large mirror above the sink. A second bedroom downstairs is on the other side of the house off the dining room. This room also has its own outside entrance, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. The master suite occupies the entire second floor. Two custom built-in dressers plus closet provide enough space for you to stay all winter or summer long! The flat screen HD TV is wall mounted providing a comfortable setting to catch a flick from the king sized bed. The en-suite bathroom has a beautiful claw-foot tub and lighted vanity area.

The newly remodeled kitchen and dining area provides lots of open space to entertain and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: Wolf hood & range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and ice maker. Just off the kitchen is a separate laundry room. High ceilings in the dining space give the room an open feel. The indoor dining table seats up to six plus bar seating for two.

The backyard offers all the comforts of home, and then some. It is the perfect Key West oasis. You'll never want to leave! Grill up your freshly caught fish on the gas grill (or pick up a fresh cut from Fausto's just down the street). Enjoy your meal at the outdoor deck dining table with large market umbrella. A generous sized heat optional pool sits among green foliage and trees which offer privacy. The pool house bathroom and outdoor shower are convenient for those days you just want to relax by the pool.

The pool house is a special treat for your additional guests. With a pullout twin sofa and twin lofted bed it provides air conditioned sleeping space for two, plus full bathroom (with outdoor shower). There's also a desk and office set-up with a great view of the pool if you'd like to get some work done or just hang out and watch the flat screen HD TV.

The historic Key West cemetery is just around the corner. This beautiful oasis combines Key West charm for one of our island's must-see spots right in your neighborhood. A number of excellent restaurants are also an easy walk from Casa Alegria including take-out Cuban sandwiches and con leche from Sandy's, outdoor dining at Al Maidah Mediterranean Cuisine and if you hop on your bike the choices are incredible!
