This amazing home is located on a prime lot in The Retreat at Champions Gate. This home is perfect for family and friends wanting to vacation together with enough space to enjoy some relaxation, entertainment or social gatherings. This home has been purpose built with family vacations in mind ensuring the floor plan utilizes every square foot to it's maximum potential.

Beautiful furnishings with complimenting accents have been used throughout catering to the needs of your family with every consideration having been taken to ensure your every requirement is catered guaranteeing you an amazing vacation.

This amazing home has two king-size masters on the ground floor, one to the front of the home and one at the rear both with ensuite bathrooms. The living area is open plan and spacious with a formal dining area, large seating area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter work surfaces which include a breakfast bar for casual dining all overlooking the outdoor living area which can be accessed from the patio doors.

At the front of the home is the "fun" spot, the perfect space for the big kids and little kids to enjoy hours of fun with an air-hockey table, ping pong, foosball, TV and PS3 games console!

Upstairs is a loft area which provides a second seating space with a 60" TV perfect for enjoying sports events. The loft is surrounded by six more bedrooms, three king-size, two with two twin size beds and the sixth having two queen size beds, these bedrooms are served by three full bathrooms. There is a media room with a large wall mounted screen, pool table and card table providing a great space for both adults and families to enjoy.

Outside the extended pool deck provides a large covered dining area, the perfect space for those al fresco meals and relaxing evenings. The upgraded heated pool and spa is surrounded by lounging space for those wanting to top up their tan.
