This very spacious home has been beautifully presented by its owners who have tried to cater for you and your family's every need. You enter the home into the large formal area with seating and dining which leads into the family room having comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and selection of movies.

A spacious fully equipped kitchen incorporating a long breakfast bar and casual dining table with patio doors leading out to the south facing extended pool deck. There is one queen-size bedroom and bathroom located on the ground floor along with the laundry room and games room having pool table and air hockey.

Upstairs you will find the gathering area on the landing with large TV, computer and work station. The large king-size master suite takes one side of the house and on the other side there are two further bedrooms each with two twin beds and a shared bathroom and the fifth king-size bedroom and bathroom.

This incorporates the heated pool and spa together with a covered dining area having ceiling fans ideal for outside dining or relaxing summer evenings. You and your family have TV's in every bedroom as well as wireless internet.
