A recently built Villa overlooking the ever popular town and bay of Kalkan.

The villa is finished to a very high standard. All of the furniture, decor and tiling is brand new, which makes very attractive and comfortable place to stay. With the capacity to sleep 11 people, there are 5 beautifully finished bedrooms, with 5 of them boasting en-suite facilities.

There are 5 bathrooms and 6 toilets at the property and they are all new design. The open plan living room and kitchen areas are furnished very nicely and the Villa has all the latest mod cons available for your convenience. There is wi-fi installed and a sizeable flat screen television with satellite connected and a CD/DVD player to hand.

We can supply a cot and/or a baby chair on request. On stepping outside the Villa, you have a private car parking space, refreshing private pool and a beautifully manicured private garden area. The Villa also has security cameras fitted, allowing you complete safety whilst you relax on your holidays.

Deposit: Guests have to pay 200 GBP as a deposit at check in. This money is refunded on check out where no damage is caused.
