Here you'll find beachfront tables and chairs where you can sit at under the covered shelter to relax and cool off from the glorious sun. There is also a beachside BBQ for a picnic lunch or sunset dinner you might want to enjoy, while on the beach.



Walk one minute in the opposite direction from the house, towards the Bay, and find another waterfront treasure. Covered and open picnic areas span the waterfront, leading down to the boat dock and fishing pier. Rent a boat or kayak for the day, or bring your own, and have a place to tie off to if you wish. Direct fishing and boating access are here for your use. Or just enjoy sitting bayside in the early morning hours watching the sunrise, and beachside in the evening watching the sunset.



Head up the stairs to the second level of this beach house and enter into the open concept great room. Beautiful hardwood plank floors grace this area. Central A/C and ceiling fans throughout will keep you cool, even on those hot summer days. You will love the spacious living room with cathedral ceilings, ample comfortable furnishings include two couches and a love seat, and a large flat screen TV. This area of the house will have you relaxing in no time!



Off the bright living room you will enjoy access to a large second story front and rear deck. The large elevated front deck overlooks the front street and includes another seating area, with a table and chairs for playing cards or having a drink, and two lounging chairs for relaxing. This open-air deck is a perfect spot for sunbathing.



The rear deck spans the entire south side of the second level and is accessible from both the living room and dining room areas. The rear deck is entirely shaded and has a BBQ grill for your grilling pleasures. There is also a table and chairs to enjoy eating outdoors, or just relaxing outside and taking in the views of the neighborhood. It also allows you to keep an eye on the kids in the pool area below.



On those perfect Florida days, open the sliding glass doors and let the Gulf breeze flow through the house without having to worry about bugs. Head down the stairs to the screened in pool area below and you will find ample additional seating, table and chairs, outdoor shower and lounging area. There is also another BBQ grill on this level which makes for a great entertainment area. The pool will cool you off on those hot Florida days and keep the kids entertained. You will enjoy bug free days and nights in the screened in lanai!



The large kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The laundry room is located beside the kitchen with a full size washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. Prepare your meals and dine formally at the large dining table, for an indoor dining option. Or take it outside, and enjoy your meals on either the upper or lower poolside decks, which both offer additional areas for casual dining as well.



The first of the four guest bedrooms is located on the second floor of the home. This room has a queen size bed, twin bed, in-room TV, along with plenty of dresser and closet space accommodate for three in this room. A full remodeled bathroom in the hallway provides for everyone on this level of the home.



Take the stairs to the third level where you'll find the master suite and two additional guest bedrooms. The large master bedroom with Cathedral ceilings is furnished with a king size bed, in-room TV, and private ensuite full bathroom with an added feature of a bidet. The master suite also has its own private deck for late night star gazing with that special someone in your life.



Traveling down the hallway, the second guest room has a queen size bed and high ceilings, while the third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed which accommodates three people. Both the second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom in the adjoining hallway.
