Positioned in an easily accessible building, this apartment also provides you with secure car parking located within the building at no extra cost.
The entire apartment has reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating, with timber-tone flooring in the living areas and LED down-lights throughout.
Enjoy all the comforts of home while being away: a fully equipped chefs kitchen and dining room including all that is needed to prepare gourmet meals and to rewind at the end of the day. The kitchen includes stone bench tops, European stainless steel appliances including oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The living room consists of an oversized white leather L-shape chaise lounge that can comfortably seat the entire family and a designer glass coffee table with a selection of books for your enjoyment and a glass chess board at your fingertips. A 55” full HD LED screen with all 29 freeview channels will easily handle your entertainment needs.
The Master Bedroom has a double bed with luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring both a freestanding bath tub and a separate frameless glass shower. The Second Bedroom also features a double bed and both bedroom have full sized built-in wardrobes to store your belongings and hang your outfits.
The main bathroom is located off the hallway and is fitted with a range of bath products for you to enjoy and luxurious Egyptian cotton bath sheets. Located off the living area you’ll find a full-sized laundry room complete with a top-loader washing machine, separate dryer and ironing facilities.
For the business traveller, a table and chair will allow you to work from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Unlimited wifi internet is available throughout the apartment for your use.
A private alfrescro balcony and outdoor seating provides an outlet to enjoy the leafy Waterloo surrounds.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how it is easiest to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
Getting Around:
Green Square railway station is located right near the apartment complex and one stop takes you to Sydney Central station, stay on the same train another few minutes and you'll be disembarking at Circular Quay station overlooking the Sydney Opera House.
The airport is just two stops away on the train or a short 10 minute Uber/Taxi ride.
The apartment is close to supermarkets, with Danks Street Shopping Centre featuring a Coles supermarket and various specialty stores less than 1km away.
Located just outside the apartment on Botany Road is a bus stop which services bus routes 370, 309 and 310. These buses can take you to the city, or out to Mascot, Botany, Matraville, Pagewood and Eastgardens. The 370 bus takes you directly to the Eastern Beaches of Coogee, as well as Randwick, Kensington (UNSW), Newtown, Camperdown (University of Sydney), Glebe, Annadale and Leichhardt.
Secure parking is available in the building and street parking readily available also.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
