The Space:
With polished industrial edges throughout, here's a cool inner-city terrace that melts into its vibrant surrounds. In a cluster of leafy tucked-away laneways, it's a unique escape from the buzz.

Experience living in one of Sydney’s most on-trend postcodes, in a three-level home with a fusion-bathroom featuring French doors and a Japanese-style tub; welcome to your very own designer house you and your friends can call home.

Located just a moment away from Sydney city this trendy two-bedroom terrace house is an ideal blend of traditional Sydney architecture, with contemporary brand new furnishing, presenting you with a sleek, modern and comfortable place to call home while visiting Sydney.

Standout features include a luxe master bathroom with a waterfall-level rain shower, two light double bedrooms, a fully equipped chef style kitchen and spacious central living areas.

The living rooms feature sleek raw concrete flooring adorned by a unique leather cowhide rug. Get comfy on an oversized black leather sofa, with access to all your favourite apps like Netflix on the large high-definition smart-television directly in front of you through Chromecast.

The dining room features a designer dining setting for four. This space can also double as a workspace for business travellers making use of the free unlimited super fast ADSL2+ broadband wifi available throughout the home.

The kitchen is a piece of art in itself. You’ll find more than you need: two fridges, a Delonghi Expresso Coffee machine, Breville Juicer, kettle, toaster, convection microwave, oven and dishwasher. Coffee, tea and essentials are provided, and you’re welcome to make use of all the utensils and cooking items as you please.

Upstairs you’ll find two double bedrooms. Each fitted with a comfortable double bed. Each bed will be made with fresh sheets ready for your arrival. Lamps next to each bed will give you a chance to relax in your own domain before falling off to sleep. A shared dressing room and wardrobe is located on the second floor landing, with built in wardrobes and storage space for your luggage and personal belongings. The stairs are narrow, so may not be suitable for eldery guests.

Fresh towels can be found in the bathroom, next to the Japanese style splash bath rain shower. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily.

Outside you’ll find a private and screened courtyard to enjoy the leafy surrounds in this city-fringe spot.

A European style laundry located on the second level includes a washing machine and dryer for your use. An iron and ironing board can also be found on this level.

Free street parking is available on the street directly out the front of the house – and it is usually easy enough to find a park either right outside the front door or within a few houses either side.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.

Surry Hills is bordered by Paddington, Darlington, Haymarket, Redfern, Chippendale, Central Business District, and Darlinghurst. It is quintessential inner city living in Sydney, where eating out is the norm and there is an endless array of options for evening activities.
Home to many creative types and urban professionals, Surry Hills combines peaceful and leafy inner-city living with a chic buzzing vibe that sits investment bankers with youthful hipsters at the same shared table for breakfast.
It is a family, professional, LGBTI and solo-traveller friendly neighbourhood that is welcoming of everyone.
