Located just 500m from the world famous Bondi Beach, my luxury three-bedroom townhouse is perfectly situated for deluxe summer living. You can smell the salt water from the house and feel the Bondi atmosphere around you.

My architecturally designed property allows you to live in luxury while visiting Sydney, featuring reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout, a full-size kitchen with designer appliances, modern bathroom and second downstairs powder room and on-site parking.
The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in North Bondi. My two-storey townhouse is one of just three residences in a brand new architecturally designed complex located just 500 meters from the world famous Bondi Beach.

Downstairs hosts an entirely open planned indoor-outdoor living space. The lounge is fitted with a spacious King Furniture white German leather chaise lounge to relax and enjoy the beachside ambience, or chillout watching your favourite shows.

Featuring high-end Smeg and Miele appliances, walk-in pantry and huge double-door fridge, the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. The kitchen has a dishwasher so you won’t have to spend time doing dishes while on holiday in Australia.

The kitchen flows through to the dining table which comfortably seats eight guests and access to the downstairs bathroom/powder room.

Upstairs, all beds have luxurious 5* hotel mattresses with extra support for a sound nights sleep. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests.

The master bedroom features a large queen bed and its own private light-filled balcony which opens up to Bondi Beach below.

Two other bedrooms also feature double beds and huge built-in wardrobes to store your luggage.

Additional guests can comfortably stay downstairs on either the comfy German leather sofa or on a queen air mattress which features a moulded pillow and a built in pump for easy inflation and deflation. Full linen, including queen sized quilts, will be provided for additional guests on request.

The main bathroom is home to a luxurious designer bathtub and an additional modern rain shower. You can be sure to stay warm after the shower by grabbing a fresh towel off the heated towel rail - another extra little touch to give you the most luxurious experience. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink.

Downstairs you will also find a separate internal laundry, including washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

There is off-street private parking for your car with additional parking possible over the kerb.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Bondi Beach is world famous and needs no introduction. It is fully patrolled by lifeguards (just remember to swim in between the yellow & red flags). The north end of the beach is perfect for babies in the seawater pool. Additionally, it's great for kids in the sea and the best for beginners to learn how to surf.
The Sydney CBD is 20min by car. Bondi Junction Westfield is 10min by car.
Getting Around:
Public transport is very easy. There are numerous bus stops around Bondi Beach taking you to Watsons Bay, Bondi Junction, further south to Coogee or directly to the city. Trains taking you to all corners of Sydney run from Bondi Junction, so you will need to take a bus to connect to the train-line.
