The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Paddington. My idyllic two-storey terrace home is located just 350m from Paddington Town Hall and all of Oxford Street’s restaurants, cafes, galleries, bars, boutiques, and grocers.

Downstairs hosts an open planned, high-ceiling indoor-outdoor living space. The family-sized kitchen backs onto the living room via the dining room before opening up to the outdoor dining courtyard and BBQ facilities.

Featuring high-end Miele designer appliances the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining. The kitchen has a dishwasher hidden away so you won’t have to spend time doing dishes while on holiday in Australia.

The kitchen flows through to the dining room which features a dining table which can comfortably seat all guests when extended. Full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for private dinner parties and family meals during your stay

This flows through to the living room which houses a huge 50 inch television and an even larger Freedom white leather chaise lounge. Get comfy amongst the cushions catching up with the latest on-screen or through conversation with your friends around you.

Another standout feature of my home is the spacious private alfresco dining area and outdoor deck. Bordered with a just-getting-started vertical garden on one side, the courtyard is an unbelievable quiet space located so close to the hustle and bustle of Sydney’s Paddington precinct. This special place is great for peaceful relaxation or more boisterous entertaining with outdoor dining and a gas BBQ available for use. A retractable sun-shade can be pulled over to provide protection from the sun or rain, season dependent.

Downstairs you can find your zen in the Japanese inspired bathroom includes a tub shower and uniquely square restroom facilities.

All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels All bedrooms have ample space for even the heaviest packer.

The master bedroom features a large bed and private ensuite bathroom, including a shower. It flows through to a walk-in robe and private workstation as part of a private parents retreat.

The second bedroom is located at the front of the house with windows opening on to the front-facing porch and includes a large double bed.

The third bedroom is found at the base of the stairs on the ground floor with another double bed and built-in wardrobes.

The fourth bedroom includes a daybed that transforms into a very comfortable king-sized bed. This room opens up to a private wine-cellar - though you’ll have to provide the wine! This downstairs space can also be used during the day as a reading room or kids play area.

All bedrooms have bedside lamps to catch up on some reading before falling asleep.

Additional guests can comfortably stay downstairs on either the comfy chaise leather sofa or on a queen air mattress which features a moulded pillow and a built in automatic pump for easy inflation and deflation. Full linen, including queen sized quilts, will be provided for additional guests on request.

The upstairs ensuite bathroom is home to an additional shower. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily in both bathrooms. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table or upstairs parents retreat can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

Onsite car parking is available, along with street parking located directly out front.

A European style laundry featuring a washing machine is available in the living room. An iron and full-size ironing board is provided for your convenience.
