Spacious 3 Bedroom Beach House + Parking

Welcome to my home away from home. Located in a relaxed, incredibly landscaped resort and central to some of the most beautiful beaches and attractions of the Central Coast. Just 5 minutes north of The Entrance, and inclusive of a private country club and golf resort, my 3 bedroom beach house is a high-end accommodation option for those who wish to relax in style.
The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Magenta. My two-storey home one of the residences in an architecturally designed resort located amongst the Magenta Shores’ Golf Course.

With views looking out toward the golf course, the downstairs area hosts an open planned indoor-outdoor living space. The lounge is fitted with a classic homely lounge to relax and enjoy the beachside ambience, or chillout watching your favourite shows.

Featuring high-end Miele appliances, large pantry and family sized fridge, the kitchen is packed with everything you need for Michelin quality dining.

The kitchen has a dishwasher so you won’t have to spend time doing dishes while on holiday in Australia.

The kitchen flows through to the dining table which comfortably seats eight guests and access to the downstairs bathroom.

Upstairs, all beds have luxurious 5* hotel mattresses with extra support for a sound nights sleep. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests.

The master bedroom features a large queen bed and its own private light-filled balcony which opens up to the golf course below. A TV is within reach on the wall, so you can watch your favourite shows from the comfort of your own bed.
Two other bedrooms also feature double beds and huge built-in wardrobes to store your luggage.

Additional guests can comfortably stay downstairs on either the comfy sofa or on a queen air mattress which features a moulded pillow and a built in pump for easy inflation and deflation. Full linen, including queen sized quilts, will be provided for additional guests on request.

The ensuite bathroom is home to a luxurious bathtub and an additional modern shower.

Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink.

Downstairs you will also find a separate internal laundry, including washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

There is a private garage for two full-sized cars and additional street parking for larger boats or visitors.

Everywhere you look space is plentiful. Additional reading rooms and resting areas can be found all throughout the house.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in the area for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My home is located within the golf resort. Magenta Shores Golf & Country Club is the only private golf course located on the Central Coast of New South Wales, boasting magnificent ocean views from the front 9 holes with the back 9 holes adjacent to the rainforest and National Parks.
Getting Around:
Driving is the easiest way to get around. My private garage fits two cars comfortably and additional boats and visitors cars can be parked out the front.
