Located just 800m from the North Sydney Harbour, my light two-bedroom apartment is perfectly situated for beachside living. You can smell the salt water from the house and feel the Sydney beach atmosphere around you.

My elevated north-facing home allows you to live in comfort while visiting Sydney, featuring two bedrooms, a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bathroom, and private balcony, this is a place where memories are made.
The Space:
Welcome to my home! Located on a quiet and peaceful street, this sunny, bright and easy-to-find apartment offers exceptional convenience, being just a stone's throw away from all the action on Sydney Road.

Perfectly maintained and ready for your arrival, my delightful home sits on the top floor of a well-maintained boutique complex. Blessed with an ideal northerly aspect, the entire apartment offers warm and comfortable living spaces that are drenched with beautiful natural light throughout.

Open-plan living and dining extend outwards to a private balcony that captures the northern sunshine perfectly. The Scandinavian-inspired living room features a sofa bed and Arne Jacobsen style egg chair, perfect for chatting with friends or kicking-back and watching the TV positioned on the wall above.

An Eames dining setting for six is positioned between the kitchen and living room - equally great for home cooked meals or quick breakfasts-to-go for the busy traveller.

The generous marble styled kitchen has electric appliances and dishwasher, as well as plenty of storage and bench space. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided - to make sure you have something to start your day!

The two comfortable and light-filled double bedrooms both have built-in wardrobes perfect for storing luggage while travelling.

Additional guests are welcome to use the double bed sized sofa bed located in the living room. Additional linen, including an extra comfort quilt, are available for your use to ensure everyone has a great night sleep.

The well-maintained bathroom has a separate shower and you’ll find complimentary shampoo and conditioner under the sink. A salon hair-dryer is included to make sure you’re looking at your best!

Noteable features of the building include full brick construction that will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter, a sizeable internal laundry room with washing machine.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

My place is a lovely home and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Convenience is optimum in this location, being a short walk to Stockland shopping centre, Balgowlah shops and restaurants, and public transport options. Or jump onto the Fairlight to Manly walk, which within 20 minutes will lead you past stunning harbour beaches and vistas, and into Manly, with all of the many attractions it offers.

A Coles Supermarket is just 400m away and a direct bus to the city is on your doorstep with buses departing every 15 minutes.
Getting Around:
Public transport is very easy. There are numerous bus stops around my home taking you to the Manly beach, ferry terminals and directly into the Sydney CBD/City.

The Manly Ferry is nearby and can take you direct to Circular Quay, Watson’s Bay, Darling Harbour and anywhere else part of the Sydney Ferry Network.

There is also a taxi just a short stroll from the front door.

You can also walk around, with Manly being just 20 minutes away, the Sydney Harbour only 800m away and the famous Spit Bridge to Manly walk just 10 minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
