Exquisite Gold Coast Residence with Private Pool

Located just 12 minutes from the Gold Coast’s famous Surfers Paradise, my luxury home is perfectly situated for deluxe holiday living. My architecturally designed home allows you to live in luxury, featuring reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout, a full-size designer kitchen, modern bathrooms, expansive living space and on-site parking.

My home is perfectly ensconced within the prestigious Royal Pines Resort - fine dining, world-class fairways and a boutique day spa.
The Space:
Utmost luxury is the backdrop for this golfing utopia, renowned for the region’s only 27 hole composite course. Located within the Royal Pines resort, my home is a serene retreat, overlooking the waters of the Nerang River as it flows from the hinterland to the ocean. Ancient gum trees hug the river banks, brought to life by birdsongs at sunrise and sunset. A landscaped parkland winds along the river’s edge, forever preserving each home’s water views.

The exquisite location of my home is enhanced by the harmonious blend of elegant architecture and graceful interior design, set against the backdrop of the beautiful Nerang River. The four-bedroom residence features expansive windows overlooking the river, capturing the natural light and breezes.

A seamless flow between internal spaces and the interplay between the interior and exterior of my home underlines a feeling of openness and sanctuary. Natural light, sumptuous textures and refined finishes create an interior of functional sophistication.

My stylish gourmet kitchen features stone bench tops, high-gloss cabinetry and European stainless steel appliances, and flows seamlessly to landscaped outdoor entertaining areas overlooking the river and plunge pool.

The oversized lounge is fitted with a spacious chaise lounge large enough to fit the whole family. Enjoy relaxing amongst the riverside ambience, or chillout watching your favourite shows on TV. If you have time to spare, you’re welcome to make use of the Playstation too.

A dining table designed to sit 12 comfortable looks out over my private plunge pool. Full dinnerware and glassware can be found in the kitchen, so everyone has a chance of being a top Masterchef.
Alfresco dining is also an option, with an outdoor dining table protected from the elements located just outside the full-sized glass sliding doors.
The plunge pool is yours to enjoy. Blow up pool toys can be used for a bit of fun also.

Connecting the two levels of generous open plan living is a grand central staircase – a curving, handcrafted centrepiece framed by the elegant, liner designs of the modern living and dining areas. A parents retreat, spacious family rooms and an intimate reading room create peaceful spaces for contemplation and relaxation.

Upstairs houses three bedrooms fitted with queen beds and a parents retreat with a king-sized day bed. All beds have luxurious 5* hotel mattresses with extra support for a sound nights sleep. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests.

Downstairs the front bedroom hosts a queen sized bed and an adjacent bathroom, along with a private courtyard. There is also an additional king-sized day bed located in the downstairs living room suitable to sleep two adults. Full linen, including queen sized quilts, will be provided for additional guests on request.

All bedrooms feature huge built-in wardrobes, with the master bedroom going further to house an enormous walk-in dressing room.

The bathroom design both upstairs and downstairs is beautiful as well as functional, with custom-made vanity tables, stylish stone bench tops and an impeccable selection of premium fittings. In the master suite, the bathroom features a private balcony and an opulent bathroom perfected by water views.

All bathrooms are home to luxurious modern rain showers. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink.

My home has a fully ducted air conditioning system to keep you cool in summer.

A full sized internal laundry features Travertine floor tiles and a mosaic tile splashback. Ironing and washing facilities are provided to keep you looking fresh during your stay.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and there is a desk in the upstairs parents retreat that can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

There is secure garage car-parking for two vehicles on-site, with additional parking possible on the street.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in the Gold Coast for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.
