Refined, chic apartment complex with light and bright interiors, as well as modern finishes in a great lifestyle location. Charming views and an entertaining balcony together provide the perfect place to begin your time in Melbourne.
The Space:
Situated in one of Melbourne’s most sought after lifestyle locations, my apartment in Hawthorn is the perfect pad to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the CBD, with quality finishes and modern interiors throughout.

My airy and open living room has a soft stream of sunlight during the day, making it a place to unwind and relax after a long day exploring the city.
Prepare to enjoy your afternoons whether inside on the couch admiring the district views or enjoying a few quiet drinks with friends on the balcony as the sun goes down. You’ll find yourself only a 2 minute walk from some of Hawthorn’s trendiest bars and dining scenes on Glenferrie Road and Burwood Road.

Entering my apartment you’ll find a generously sized and well equipped kitchen. With stainless appliances, as well as a brand new oven and stove up, it is perfect for a group of guests. It’s a highly modern and professional kitchen, and I’ve always found myself entertaining from this part of the house - my friends love it!

Beyond the kitchen, you can enjoy sweeping parkland views of Grace Park, all from a 6 seater dining table, complete with all crockery and utensils as required. When the morning sun pokes through the balcony, I always enjoy starting the morning around this table. The open plan design of the kitchen, dining and living rooms certainly brings my apartment a great sense of space.

My lounge room includes a huge flat screen TV and a stylishly plush chaise sofa. Further, guests are welcome to use the double bed sized sofa bed that pulls out from the lounge.

Heading into the bedrooms, you’ll find hotel quality linen, bedspreads and pillows in both rooms on the two double size beds. Bedrooms also feature overly generous sliding wardrobes with full length mirrors, and windows with draw-down blinds.

With stylish designs and luxurious walk-in showers, there are two generously sized bathrooms that will service all your needs. I provide guests with quality shampoos, conditioners and extra fluffy towels. Next to the bathroom, you also have access to a large washing machine, dryer, washing up tub, ironing board and iron.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Hawthorn is a neighbourhood full of great dining, great parklands and a great community spirit. My apartment is near Burwood Road - a hub of some of the trendiest cafes - and only a 3 minute walk to Glenferrie Road, where you’ll find even more restaurant delights.

I always enjoy how close my apartment is to Grace Park - perfect for a quick run in the morning, or simply for taking a relaxing walk during the day. Hawthorn is located just north of Toorak - one of Melbourne’s most exclusive and prestigious suburbs, with some of this rubbing off onto Hawthorn.

Your nearest supermarket is only a quick trip to Glenferrie Road, where you’ll find both Coles and Woolworths, as well as artisan food outlets and cafes.
Getting Around:
Trams are certainly the best way to get around when in the area, with Glenferrie Road and Burwood Road stops providing you the most convenient way to zip into the city or to explore the local delights of East Melbourne.

If you love exploring on foot, Hawthorn is in perfect vicinity to Toorak, Central Gardens, Bray Park and Grace Park. It’s a great area for both families, young professionals and older couples.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
