The Space:
A pure statement in contemporary space and design, my apartment presents itself as the ultimate retreat that is situated in the heart of some of Melbourne’s most popular bars, cafes and restaurants.

With light streaming through into the living space and open plan kitchen-dining areas, prepare to enjoy lazy afternoons whether inside on the couch admiring the city views or enjoying a few quiet drinks with friends on the balcony as the sun goes down. You’ll find yourself only a 3 minute walk from Lennox Street tram station, ready to zip you into town.

Upon entry into my apartment, you’ll find a well-sized kitchen with quality finishes and great functionality! With stainless appliances, as well as brand new oven and stove up, it is perfect for a group of guests. It’s a light, bright kitchen and I have always found myself entertaining from this part of the house - my friends love it!

Beyond the kitchen, you can enjoy the sweeping city views from a generous dining table seating up to six guests, complete with all crockery. When the morning sun pokes through the double glazed glass doors, I always enjoy starting the morning around this table. The open plan design of the kitchen, dining and living rooms certainly brings my apartment a great sense of space.

My lounge room includes a huge flat screen TV and comfortable couch - perfect for long nights where you just don’t want to head out. Further, guests are welcome to use the double bed sized sofa bed that pulls out from the lounge. Nearby is a great study nook, with large table and workspace.

Heading into the bedrooms, you’ll find hotel quality linen, bedspreads and pillows in both rooms on the two double size beds. Bedrooms also feature overly generous sliding wardrobes with full length mirrors, and frosted glass windows that let enough light through without it being too much.

With a stylish design and a walk-in shower featuring a luxurious rainfall showerhead, my bathroom will service all your needs. I provide guests with quality shampoos, conditioners and extra fluffy towels. Next to the bathroom, you also have access to a large washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Convenience is optimum in Richmond, being a short walk to Victoria Street where you’ll find a range of Richmond’s trendiest bars, cafes and restaurants.

Further along in Church Street, there are a great selection of brunch locations that I love visiting with my friends including specialty coffee brewers and delicious breakfasts. Have fun exploring this great area, where there’s something new around the corner.

Your nearest Coles is a quick trip to Richmond Plaza Shopping Centre where you can also find a bakery, wine shop and other assorted stores to make your visit that much easier.
Getting Around:
Trams are certainly the best way to get around when in the area, with Lennox Street and Nicholson Street trams getting you in and around the city.

If you love exploring on foot, Richmond is in close vicinity to South Yarra, the Royal Botanic Gardens and the MCG.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
