Welcome to my beautiful lakeside home - with direct waterfront positioning and pristine bushland surroundings, you’ll find yourself in holiday mode as soon as you arrive. With spacious interiors and the perfect set-up for entertaining guests, my home is sure to provide a luxurious escape with some of the Central Coast’s most scenic beaches only minutes away. Featuring three bedrooms, a full-size kitchen, large living spaces and a generous covered balcony, this is a place where memories are made.
The Space:
Welcome to one of the Central Coast’s most sought after locations! This sunny, bright and spacious home offers exceptional convenience and well-appointed finishes, located right on Budgewoi Lake and minutes from the beach. With recently renovated interiors and functional open-plan living and dining, it truly is the holiday maker’s dream.

With views over Budgewoi Lake, my delightful home is conveniently positioned to make the most of the area with a delightfully sunny aspect keeping all interiors well lit and a flowing living space opening out onto a large covered balcony. Long lunches and afternoon drinks have been best enjoyed out here whilst overlooking the lake. A downstairs deck area is an additional space great for kicking back and enjoying the scenery.

My living room features designer three-seater and two-seater sofas, a large flat screen TV and sweeping views of the water beyond. Additional guests are welcome to use the double bed sized sofa bed located in the living room. Additional linen, including an extra comfort quilt, are available for your use to ensure everyone has a great night sleep.

The living room flows seamlessly through to the dining room, with a large table seating up to 6 guests. Further, the kitchen features a breakfast bar seating up to the 3 guests in addition. Featuring high-end appliances, a large pantry and family sized fridge, the kitchen is packed with everything you need for quality dining during your time away. The kitchen has a dishwasher so you won’t have to spend time doing dishes while on holiday.

For the working traveller, you’ll find a generous study nook beyond the kitchen space, with a desk and chair for any urgent work required. I hope you’re not spending too long here!

What I love about my home is the natural light that brightens every room inside and the bedrooms are no exception. There are three comfortable bedrooms, all of which have plenty of storage and space for luggage while on holiday.

The well-maintained bathrooms both feature open shower spaces and European inspired finishes, and you’ll find complimentary shampoo and conditioner under the sink. A salon hair-dryer is included to make sure you’re looking at your best!

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

My place is a lovely home and was built with socializing and groups in mind. With direct lakeside access and a short walk to the beach down the road, you’ll find everything in close reach for the perfect time away.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in the Central Coast for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Budgewoi is renowned for its sandy beaches, lakeside activities and natural surrounds. Whether you are seeking a relaxing day on the beach and in the surf, or simply looking for a luxuriously appointed coastal home complete with all modern finishes for your time away, my home in Budgewoi will certainly please everyone. Budgewoi has some of the best dining in the region, with a curated selection of local seafood restaurants, cafe hotspots and bars within walking distance of my home.
Getting Around:
If you are driving from Sydney, you can expect to reach my place within 1.5 hours, however once you have arrived in Budgewoi, everything from supermarkets to cafes and restaurants can be easily reached on foot.
