Enjoying spectacular waterfront views in the heart of the Gold Coast, my home is the ideal place to relax and unwind. With a private pool, two large living rooms, five generous bedrooms and a luxurious pool house, my home is designed with entertaining and tropical vibes in mind.
My beautiful home is positioned only minutes from all the action on Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, with convenient access as well to the sought-after Surfers Paradise Golf Club.
The Space:
With private waterfront access and a resort-style pool, my home boasts flowing, open-plan areas with light, bright interiors located throughout the entire property. The exquisite location of my home is enhanced by lush tropical gardens and outdoor spaces that will set the perfect backdrop for your guests.

A seamless flow between internal spaces and the interplay between the interior and exterior of my home underlines a feeling of openness and sanctuary. Natural light, sumptuous textures and refined finishes create a feeling of functional sophistication.

My stylish gourmet kitchen features stone bench tops, high-gloss cabinetry and European stainless steel appliances - flowing seamlessly to a landscaped outdoor entertaining area overlooking the sparkling Gold Coast waterways. You’ll also find a breakfast bar in the kitchen - perfect for quick breakfasts before you go out to explore the Gold Coast.
You’ll never get tired of the views, and my main living room is no exception with sweeping water vistas to be enjoyed from plush sofas and a large flat-screen TV. A comfortable king sized sofa bed is also located in the main living room and provides extra room for your additional guests.

Flowing through to the dining room, a table designed to sit 10 comfortably looks out over my private tropical pool and the waterways below. Full dinnerware and glassware can be found in the kitchen, so everyone has the chance of being a top Masterchef. Alfresco dining is also an option, with an outdoor dining table protected from the elements located just outside the full-sized glass sliding doors and is positioned spectacularly within the outdoor gardens.

Upstairs you will find a separate living room which serves as a great kids retreat with plenty of room for play and relaxation. Further on, there are five well sized bedroom spaces, all with magical water or garden views framing your morning wake ups. Each room features double sized beds and luxurious 5 star hotel mattresses with extra support for a sound night’s sleep as well as enough fresh cotton bath towels for all guests. Most bedrooms also include wardrobes with storage space for travelling guests with luggage.

My home features two bathrooms, with the main bathroom featuring a luxurious step-in spa bath and ornate European finishings. Both bathrooms feature large showers and separate bathtubs, and are generously sized for large groups of guests. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided with compliments. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink.

Moving outside, you’ll be able to enjoy long and sunny afternoons out at the alfresco dining area and pool. There is a spacious pool house with bespoke cane furniture and is ideal for kicking back after a refreshing swim outside.

A full sized internal laundry is located on the downstairs level with ironing and washing facilities provided to keep you looking fresh during your stay.
Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table is a great space for business travellers needing desk space. My home also has a fully ducted air conditioning system to keep you cool in summer.

There is secure garage car-parking for two vehicles on-site, with additional parking possible on the street.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you. The space is perfect for families, groups staying in the Gold Coast for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.

In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your s
