New Home with Luxurious Finishes

Experience quality living in this recently renovated, luxuriously appointed home just moments to Sydney Olympic Park and sprawling parklands. Close to the City, Sydney Airport, golf courses, transport and some of Sydney’s newest cafe scenes, my home is perfectly positioned for your time away.
The Space:
Welcome to my newly renovated home in Sydney’s inner city suburbs, minutes from Westfield Burwood and around the corner from Sydney Olympic Park. It’s in a great neighbourhood with the convenience of frequent transport and as well as the luxury of boutique shopping and dining in the local area.

My home has been designed to blend with the residential character of the surrounding area and features the perfect mix of convenience and contemporary style. The contemporary interiors are filled with beautiful natural light, the home is warm and welcoming, and features flexible living spaces - perfect for every travelling family’s needs.

The home features a large open-plan family living area incorporating the kitchen, dining room and lounge room. My apartment features quality fittings and superior detail and the gourmet kitchen features stone benchtops, gas cook tops, imported stainless steel appliances and quality taps throughout. The kitchen features also include kettle, toaster and dishwasher. You’ll also find a microwave oven and family-sized fridge in the kitchen.

A contemporary glass dining setting allows you to enjoy meals comfortably, full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the living room houses a black sofa and chaise lounge, great for enjoying family time or kicking back to watch your favourite shows on the high-definition television.

The dining, living and kitchen spaces flow through to a huge courtyard and outdoor alfresco dining. The outdoor courtyard is ideal for entertaining family and friends and becomes a private garden oasis when relaxing after a busy day. My apartment has reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. The dining table also serves as a great light-filled workspace.

The master bedroom is fitted out like a five-star hotel, with 500 thread count linen and a huge double bed. The master bedroom includes huge built-in wardrobes to fit even the heaviest of packers luggage. The second bed is converted from the lounge room, and is more than enough for two people to sleep comfortably. High quality 500 thread-count linen is provided for all beds.

In the two bathrooms you’ll find a chic, open plan glass shower and stainless steel facilities. A salon hair dryer can be found under the sink of the main bathroom. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily.

Outside you can enjoy the peaceful ambience and fresh air in the large courtyard. You can make use of the outdoor table and chairs for alfresco entertaining.

Secure street parking for larger trailers and boats is available directly out the front of my home. My home can be accessed via the side footpath.
The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My home is within easy walking distance (less than 3 km) to Sydney Olympic Park as well as the business parks in Homebush. Homebush is also part of Sydney’s up and coming inner-west, with some of Sydney’s best cafes and restaurants at your doorstep - you’ll love how much variety is on offer in this local area. It also is moments from Westfield Burwood where you can find a variety of high end shopping and eateries, as well as Coles and Woolworths supermarkets.

Access to the city is via Flemington Train Station and takes you less than 30 minutes to zip into the middle of the Sydney CBD, all on the one train ride - easy!
Getting Around:
The CBD is easily accessed by train and via a 5 minutes walk to Flemington Train Station, you’ll be in the city in under 30 minutes.
Driving is convenient, with free secure on-street parking located at the front of my home.
