The Space:
With private waterfront access and a large alfresco dining area, my home has entertainment at the top of its list. You’ll find huge dining, living and kitchen spaces fit for any family travelling to the Gold Coast. The recently renovated interiors are a true delight for guests, with landmark hotel finishes gracing every room of the home. With Scandinavian inspired designs, my home is the perfect retreat during your time away, whilst still being close to the Gold Coast’s biggest attractions.

Beginning on the ground floor, my stylish gourmet kitchen features stone bench tops, premium cabinetry and European stainless steel appliances - flowing seamlessly to a landscaped outdoor entertaining areas. You’ll also find a breakfast bar in the kitchen - perfect for quick breakfasts before you go out to explore the Gold Coast.

Moving through to the living room, you won’t be looking any further than the plush sofas and huge flat-screen TV - perfect for chilled out nights at home after a busy day. My home is full of superb natural light, and the lounge room is one of the best places to sit back and relax at any hour of the day.
Flowing through to the dining room, a table designed to sit 8 comfortably is perfectly set up for great meals at home - release your inner master chef! Full dinnerware and glassware can be found in the kitchen.

Alfresco dining is also an option, with an outdoor dining table protected from the elements located just outside the full-sized glass sliding doors and is positioned spectacularly within the outdoor gardens, and overlooks the sparkling Gold Coast waterways. The dining table serves well as a workspace for any travelling professional.
Additionally, there is a further living room space fitted out with a pool table. Endless hours of playing pool with friends with surely be part of your time away, and why not enjoy it in the comfort of your own home.

Upstairs you will find four oversized bedrooms, all with hotel-quality fitouts. There are two rooms with enchanting king size beds, and another with a queen size bed. An extra fourth bedroom with single beds will suit all families travelling alongside little ones who may want a room to themselves! Each room features luxurious 5 star hotel mattresses and 500 thread count linen, with extra support for a sound night’s sleep as well as enough fresh cotton bath towels for all guests. Most bedrooms also include wardrobes with storage space for travelling guests with luggage.

My home features four bathrooms, with the main bathroom featuring a luxurious step-in spa bath and high-end European finishings. You’ll find that there are two bathroom ensuites, both with full sized glass showers. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided with compliments. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink.
Moving outside, you’ll be able to enjoy long and sunny afternoons out at the alfresco dining area and level grass yard - great for active families! Included in the booking are two sports kayaks that can be used out on the waterways in this secluded estate where you can explore the surrounding area.

A full sized internal laundry is located on the downstairs level with ironing and washing facilities provided to keep you looking fresh during your stay.
Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table is a great space for business travellers needing desk space. My home also has a fully ducted air conditioning system to keep you cool in summer.

There is secure garage car-parking for two vehicles on-site, with additional parking possible on the street.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you. The space is perfect for families, groups staying in the Gold Coast for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 h
