Embellished with state of the art design and sprawling views over Melbourne CBD, this apartment will take your breath away. Nestled in exclusive Southbank, my apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living and dining, and could not be in a better position in the heart of Melbourne’s cultural and financial hubs.

My apartment caters for all guests in an executive setting. With brand new appliances, generous rooms, dazzling views and free parking, I'm looking forward to hosting you!
The Space:
A pure statement in contemporary space and design, my apartment presents itself as the ultimate retreat that is situated in the heart of Melbourne’s exclusive Southbank precinct - home to the city’s first class restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques.

With dazzling light streaming through into the living space and open plan kitchen-dining areas, prepare to enjoy your afternoons whether inside on the couch admiring the city views or enjoying a few quiet drinks with friends on the balcony as the sun goes down. The views from up here are simply amazing and I can assure you, they’ll never get tiring!

Upon entry into my apartment, you’ll find a generously-sized chef’s kitchen with European finishes and great functionality. With stainless appliances, as well as a brand new oven and stove up, it is perfect for guests. My friend’s live around the kitchen and it’s a great place to entertain all your guests.

Beyond the kitchen, you can enjoy sweeping city views of Southbank and the CBD from a generous dining table seating up to six guests, complete with all crockery. When the morning sun glints through the double glazed glass doors, I always enjoy starting the morning around this table. The dining table also serves as a functional office space when working.

My lounge room includes a huge flat screen TV and plush sofa - perfect for kicking back after a full day of exploring. Opening up from the living room is a balcony that extends down past the bedrooms, and is fabulous for a morning cup of coffee or for a few drinks when heading out to enjoy the night. The sofa also converts into a two-person sofa bed, which fits guests comfortably. Extra towels, linen and pillows are provided upon request.

Heading into the bedrooms, you’ll find hotel quality linen, bedspreads and pillows in both rooms on the two queen size beds. Bedrooms also feature large sliding wardrobes with full length mirrors, storage, as well as frosted glass windows that let through soft amounts of lights to keep the place feeling fresh and crisp.

With a stylish design and a walk-in shower featuring a luxurious rainfall showerhead, my main bedroom ensuite bathroom will service all your needs. The additional bathroom can be used by all guests. For both bathrooms, I provide guests with quality shampoos, conditioners and extra fluffy towels. Next to the bathroom, you also have access to a large washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Southbank is the most central base to explore the best that Melbourne has to offer. The city’s best restaurants, bars, nightlife scenes and shopping destinations are all within an easy stroll along Melbourne’s famous riverside and Crown Casino. Here you can enjoy tourist landmarks and it is an easy stroll across the pedestrian bridges into Melbourne’s arty alleyways and cafes.

My apartment is set on the Yarra River, where you’ll find some of the finest dining options available - all situated along the promenade which can be best enjoyed at night. In under 5 minutes, you’ll be able to walk to Crown Casino, Flinders St Station, Federation Square, Melbourne Aquarium and the National Gallery of Victoria.

Nearby, there are many supermarkets that can be accessed on foot as well, including Coles and Woolworths.
Getting Around:
Accessing all of Melbourne’s top tourist destinations can be easily done on foot from my apartment - it is in such a central location. You can walk along the Yarra River to all restaurants and bars, and you can also easily stroll to the National Gallery of V
