Charming Luxury Residence with Outdoor Pool

Situated in Brisbane’s finest inner-city area, my apartment in Fortitude Valley puts you in the heart of high-class dining, shopping and nightlife. With a rooftop pool deck, gym, sauna and cafe, you will be staying in absolute luxury. Newly renovated interiors and quality finishes fill my apartment, providing guests a comfortable space.
My home includes two generous bedrooms, chic open plan living, views of Brisbane, and is easily accessible by transport. This is a place where memories are made!
The Space:

With dazzling views of the Brisbane skyline from my apartment, you’ll never tire of the views. Superior facilities such as an outdoor pool and entertaining deck, gym, sauna, cafe and concierge provide guests with premium service as soon as they arrive.

Upon entry into my apartment, you’ll find a generously-sized chef’s kitchen with European finishes and premium functionality. With executive stainless steel appliances, as well as a brand new oven and stove up, it is perfect for guests to whip up meals.

Beyond the kitchen, you’ll find a large dining table seating up to 6 guests generously. Full crockery and dining facilities are provided to ensure you can keep yourselves entertained in style throughout your time away in Brisbane. The table serves as functional desk space for the travelling professional as well.

Moving into the open plan living room, guests can enjoy Scandinavian-inspired spaces with a plush sofa seating guests, as well as a large flat screen TV. From the sofa, you can enjoy sweeping views of the skyline in a light, bright setting. Opening up from the living room is a covered entertaining balcony that is fabulous for a morning cup of coffee or for a few drinks when heading out to enjoy the night. The sofa in the living room also converts into a two-person sofa bed, which fits guests comfortably. Extra towels, linen and pillows are provided upon request.

Heading into the bedrooms, you’ll find hotel quality linen, bedspreads and pillows in both rooms on the two queen size beds. The main bedroom also features large sliding wardrobes with full length mirrors, storage, as well as windows that keep each room feeling airy and spacious.

With a stone top handbasin and a walk-in shower featuring a luxurious rainfall showerhead, my main bathroom will service all your needs. With European quality finishes throughout, I provide guests with quality shampoos, conditioners and extra fluffy towels. Next to the bathroom, you also have access to a large washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Upstairs you can enjoy the outdoor pool, with covered lounge chairs and entertaining spaces. The upper deck also features a club lounge where you can enjoy amazing views of the Brisbane city skyline.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Fortitude Valley is Brisbane’s finest precincts, with world-class dining, bars and shopping all within a 2 minute walk from my home. Home to some of Brisbane’s best boutiques, Fortitude Valley is a hive of local, independent stores filled with unique finds. Nearby is Chinatown, offering some of the best in Asian cuisine from local providores and markets.

My apartment works as the perfect base to explore the best that Brisbane has to offer. Along St Paul’s Terrace, you’ll find delicious brunch options and cafes to spend time with friends. Just 10 minutes away is the Brisbane CBD, and the Southbank area where you can find further dining options and tourist hotspots.

Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Queensland Performing Arts Centre are all located in the Southbank area, and can be easily accessed by train - all along the same line.

Nearby my apartment, are many supermarkets that can be accessed on foot as well, including Coles and Woolworths.
