Executive Coastal Residence - Walk to the Beach

Moments from beaches and the sparkling ocean, my home is ideally situated for you to enjoy the best that Sydney has on offer. With light, bright interiors in a refined coastal layout, you’ll be travelling in stylish comfort in my home. You’ll find yourself a quick trip away from the Sydney CBD, whilst still ideally positioned alongside Sydney’s best beaches. It features two bedrooms, full chef’s kitchen, bathroom, secure parking and entertainer’s balcony. This is a place you don't want to miss.
The Space:
Just a 200m walk from the doorstep to the beach, you’ll find yourself kicking back and enjoy Sydney’s sunny weather in no time. Oozing coastal vibes throughout the home, the Scandinavian-inspired interiors keep the rooms feeling light and fresh throughout your stay.

My apartment is perfectly positioned from one of Sydney’s best beaches, Dee Why beach, which is just a 4 minute walk away. Coming back from a day at the beach, you’ll find yourself basking in the warmth of the sun throughout my home and on my private entertaining balcony which offers beautiful views.

The boutique living room features a plush sofa, with plenty of space for guests to relax and watch the large flat screen TV or have time to chat with others. Additional guests are welcome to use the double sized sofa bed converted from the sofa, and fits two guests comfortably. Additional linen, including an extra comfort quilt, are available upon request to ensure everyone has a great night sleep.

A perfectly positioned entertainer’s balcony opens out from the living room and provides a great space for you to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner out in the warm Sydney air, with the sound of waves and the beach in the distance. Outdoor dining table and chairs are provided to make the most of this space.

A fresh dining setting complements the beachside
interiors and offers seating for six - equally great for home cooked meals or quick breakfasts-to-go. All crockery and dining utensils are provided and allow for great nights in when entertaining others. The table serves as a great workspace as well for the travelling professional.

The open plan living dining space flows through to the kitchen, where you’ll find European inspired appliances and designs. My kitchen includes a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove top, microwave, kettle and toaster. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided - to make sure you have something to start your day!

Moving into the generously sized bedrooms, you’ll find that all rooms are graced with beautiful natural light throughout and the rolling waves can be heard softly in the background. The two comfortable and light-filled double bedrooms offer a perfect night’s sleep, with 5 star hotel linen and mattresses keeping you comfy.

The newly renovated bathroom has a step-through rainfall style shower and you’ll find complimentary shampoo and conditioner under the sink. A salon hair-dryer is included to make sure you’re looking at your best!

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

My place is a lovely home and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My home is located in the exclusive beachside precinct of Dee Why, home to some of Sydney’s best restaurants, cafes and beaches. The serenity of Dee Why Beach near my apartment and the convenience of being only 20 minutes from the Sydney CBD, makes the area a perfect base to explore the rest of Sydney. From my home you can enjoy Sydney Harbour on the ferry, or the beauty of Manly Beach nearby. You can walk from my doorstep to the beach in less than 5 minutes - and is great for a swim all year round as well as morning walks along the promenade. Snorkelling and wind surfing is also very enjoyable in the area
