Positioned a short walk from Sydney’s sandy white beaches with direct access to the CBD, my executive home is perfect for your time away. My chic designer space provides all that is needed for you to explore Australia’s glamorous capital city in complete convenience.

With Scandinavian interiors in an exquisite coastal setting, you’ll be travelling in premium style in my spacious home. Featuring three bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, bathroom, and parking, this is a place where memories are made.
The Space:
As soon as you enter my home, you’ll be on holiday mode with light, bright interiors that speak of the beautiful coastal setting around you. Chic beachside designs and modern trends keep this space feeling fresh and ready for all guests to enjoy. The open-plan, New York style design of my home provides an ideal use of space which ensures that entertainment is at the heart of each guest’s stay.
My apartment is perfectly positioned from one of Sydney’s best beaches, Dee Why beach, which is just a 5 minute walk away. Coming back from a day at the beach, you’ll find yourself basking in the warmth of the sun throughout my home and on my private entertaining courtyard which offers beautiful views.

Featuring a large sofa and European finishes, the boutique living room has plenty of space for guests to relax, watch the large flat screen TV, or spend some quality time to chat with others. Additional guests are welcome to use the double sized sofa bed that can be converted from the sofa, and fits two guests comfortably. Additional linen, including an extra comfort quilt, are available upon request to ensure everyone has a great night sleep.

Flowing out from the living room is the
entertainer’s balcony and acts as a great space for you to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner out in the warm Sydney air, with the sound of waves and the beach in the distance. An outdoor dining table and chairs are provided to make the most of this space amongst Australia’s pleasant native wildlife.

A fresh dining setting complements the beachside interiors and offers seating for six - equally great for home cooked meals or quick breakfasts-to-go. All crockery and dining utensils are provided and allow for great nights in when entertaining others. The table serves as a great workspace as well for the travelling professional.

The open plan living and dining space flows through to the kitchen, where you’ll find European inspired appliances and designs. With renovated benchtops and premium storage, my kitchen includes a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove top, microwave, kettle and toaster. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided.

From the open plan living and dining you can access three, light-filled bedrooms. Each room features large queen sized beds with with 5 star hotel linen and mattresses keeping you comfy all night long. Storage space for luggage can be found in each bedroom within the sliding cupboards built into each wall.

The newly renovated bathroom has a step-through rainfall shower. You’ll also find complimentary shampoo and conditioner under the sink. A salon hair-dryer is included to make sure you’re looking at your best!

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

My place is a lovely home and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My home is located in the exclusive suburb of Dee Why, home to some of Sydney’s best restaurants, cafes and beaches. The serenity of Dee Why Beach and the convenience of being only 20 minutes from the Sydney CBD, makes the area a perfect base to explore the rest of Sydney. From my home you can enjoy Sydney Harbour on the ferry, or the beauty of Manly Beach nearby. You can walk from my doorstep to the beach in less than 5 m
