The Space:
A pure statement in contemporary space and design, my sublime New York style loft apartment transforms from its iconic Victorian building into an experience sure to leave you with an indelible impression.

Upon entry prepare to be greeted by outstanding open vistas, high ceilings, light, bright and airy this split level apartment will ensure you enjoy a lifestyle of convenience complimented by an ideal position centrally located on St Kilda Hill - just minutes walk from all St Kilda and Bayside entertainment & amenities.

My home is accessed with video security and begins with a grand foyer. Just off the foyer you’ll find the downstairs powder room and laundry.
Further around the corner you’ll step into a decadently proportioned open plan stainless steel & granite kitchen, dining & living room with 180 degree views through double glazed windows.

A spiral staircase ascends to 2 double sizes bedrooms (featuring built-in wardrobes) with direct access to the upstairs bathroom.

The standout feature of my apartment is the massive rooftop entertainers' terrace with 360 views encompassing bay expanses, full city skyline & distant ranges.

Throughout my home you’ll love the high ceilings, Baltic floors, ducted heating and reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Additional guests are welcome to use the double bed sized sofa bed located in the living room. Additional high quality linen, including an extra comfort quilt, are available for your use to ensure everyone has a great night sleep.

There are two modern bathrooms, that include generous showers as well as toiletries for all guests to use.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

My place is a lovely home and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in St Kilda for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Travellers love St Kilda as it has an unmistakeable holiday buzz in the air. There's still a dash of grunge to be found but really, especially in the warmer months, it's more about urban bayside relaxation.
Pick up artisan cheeses at the farmers market, go cycling along the esplanade or take a swim at the St Kilda Sea Baths. Have sunset drinks at the iconic Esplanade Hotel or take a cinematic step back in time at the Astor, an old beloved Deco cinema.

The closest supermarkets are Aldi at 135 Inkerman Street and the Coles found at 187 Barkly Street, St Kilda.
Getting Around:
Tram: Right out the front of the apartment is tram stop 32 (Corner of Alma Rd & St Kilda Rd). Take the route 67 tram towards the city and you will be at Federation Square / Flinders Street Station (Stop 13) within 15 minutes.
Train: The closest train station to the apartment is Windsor station which is about 1km away.
