Nestled in the exclusive South Melbourne precinct, my apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, stylish living and dining. As part of an architecturally inspired development, my home caters for all guests with brand new appliances, generous room sizes, dazzling space, it sure is time for a holiday!
The Space:

Set again a minimalist backdrop, my home provides the perfect space for you to enjoy the very best of Melbourne’s artistic side, with designer flair throughout the property. Inspired by some of the best Italian stylistic collections, all rooms are uniquely curated to ensure the best stay for my guests.

Upon entry into my home, you’ll find sprawling open plan living and dining spaces that flow out to the bedrooms and bathroom. In the kitchen, there is an oversized European kitchen with high end appliances and great functionality. My friend’s love entertaining from around the kitchen and it’s a great place to entertain all your guests.

The beautiful breakfast bar island in the kitchen provides a perfect spot to enjoy morning meals or a quick coffee before heading off to explore the city.
Beyond the kitchen, you can enjoy home cooked meals from a large wooden dining table that seats up to 6 guests. The dining table also serves as a functional office space when working.

My chic lounge room includes a arm chairs and a plush sofa - perfect for kicking back after a full day of soaking up Melbourne’s alleys and cafes. Opening up from the living room is a balcony that is framed by a charming leafy vista, and is fabulous for a morning cup of tea or for a few drinks when heading out to enjoy the night.

Heading into the two large bedrooms, you’ll find hotel quality linen, bedspreads and pillows in both rooms on the two queen size beds. Bedrooms also feature large sliding wardrobes with full length mirrors, storage, as well as frosted glass windows that let through soft amounts of lights to keep the place feeling fresh and crisp.

With a modern design and a walk-in shower featuring a luxurious rainfall showerhead, my main bathroom will service all your needs. I provide guests with quality shampoos, conditioners and extra fluffy towels. Inbuilt into the bathroom, you also have access to a large washing machine, drying machine, ironing board and iron.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
South Melbourne is the most central base to explore the best that Melbourne has to offer - restaurants, the CBD, Royal Botanic Gardens and the Yarra River. The city’s best restaurants, bars, nightlife scenes and shopping destinations are all within an easy stroll along Melbourne’s famous river in Southbank and Crown Casino. Here you can enjoy tourist landmarks and it is an easy stroll across the pedestrian bridges into Melbourne’s arty alleyways and cafes.

My apartment is set near South Melbourne Market, where you’ll find some of the freshest local produce in a market atmosphere. In under 5 minutes, you’ll be able to walk to Crown Casino, Flinders St Station, Federation Square, Melbourne Convention Centre and the National Gallery of Victoria.

Nearby, there are many supermarkets that can be accessed on foot as well, including Coles and Woolworths.
Getting Around:
Accessing all of Melbourne’s top tourist destinations can be easily done on foot from my apartment - it is in such a central location. You can walk along the Yarra River to all restaurants and bars, and you can also easily stroll to the National Gallery of Victoria and further, into the Royal Botanic Gardens.

Trams are another great way to get around when in the area - tram stop 127 will take you very close to my apartment and provides direct access to the CBD in under 3
