The Space:
Step into deluxe accommodation! Welcome to my designer home, where you can find some of Sydney’s trendiest restaurants and cafes, with direct access to the CBD, boutique shopping, Bondi beach and minutes from the airport.

My apartment is built with generous space inside for all guests to enjoy - light, bright interiors that allow you to relax during your time in Sydney. Through an open plan kitchen and living space, with additional breakfast bar, my home is set up perfectly for you to enjoy your time away with others.

When entering my home, you’ll be amazed at how much space is available to guests, with premium furniture in each room for you to enjoy. The large chef’s kitchen features all new fittings as well as a functional cooking and prep space that is perfect for your guests. You’ll also find stainless steel European cooking appliances, large fridge, sinks, oven and stove top. The kitchen has a dishwasher so you won’t have to spend time doing dishes while on holiday in Australia.

The kitchen flows through to the dining room, which provides a private space for guests to enjoy delicious meals together. The dining table setting provides seating for up to 8 guests comfortably - including full crockery and utensils.

Beyond the dining room is a chic living room, providing stylish comfort when you want to relax and unwind from a full day of exploring Sydney. With a large flat screen TV, generous sofa and views over Sydney city, the living room is a great spot when chatting with friends on a quiet night. Nearby is a private study nook that is perfect for getting any work done!

Through to the bedrooms, all beds have luxurious 5* hotel mattresses with extra support for a sound night’s sleep. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests.

The master bedroom features a large bed for two and its own walk-in-robe and oversized ensuite with luxurious bathroom finishes, including a deep bath for those quiet nights in.

The second bedroom and the third bedroom are beautifully equipped with crisp linen as well as oversized storage wardrobes that allow guests to put away their luggage during their stay.

I provide a sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. Full linen, including queen sized quilts, will be provided for additional guests on request. My apartment is all about space, and you and your guests will have no trouble settling into my home with ease and comfort.

The main bathroom is home to a luxurious designer bathtub and an additional spacious shower. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink. The second bathroom can be found in the bathroom ensuite.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

There is secure private parking for your car - details of the parking space can be provided once your booking is confirmed.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
