The Space:
Experience living in one of Sydney’s most on-trend postcodes. My apartment is located just a moments walk from Sydney city in what is by far one of the coolest neighbourhoods around. Welcome to Surry Hills.

Located on the top floor of a boutique apartment block architecturally designed by Burley Katon Halliday, this is a fashionable inner-city apartment that sits perfectly atop of the fashion and media agencies headquartered below.

My home has two beds, a large queen size bed and a second queen size bed built into the sofa. It is an open plan bedroom apartment, featuring a galley style kitchen, internal laundry and huge balcony. This trendy spot is a perfectly aligned mix of modern inner-city architecture, with contemporary furnishing, presenting you with a spacious and designer place to call home while visiting Sydney.

Features include an open plan studio style living room and bedroom, with a separate bathroom and a hallway featuring a fully-equipped galley style kitchen and dining room.

The living room features a dark-grey, comfortable sofa and designer armchair with easy viewing access to an oversized 48 inch high-definition television for your viewing pleasure. Perched on the glass coffee table and hidden around the home you’ll find fashion, cooking and travel books.

The dining table sits four is great for both home cooked meals prepared at home in the fully-equipped kitchen or for take-away food from any of the many outstanding restaurants located within seconds of leaving the door.

This space can also double as a workspace for business travellers making use of the free unlimited super fast broadband wifi available throughout my home and the glass laptop desk.

The apartment is fitted with a comfortable queen sized bed which will be made with fresh cotton sheets ready for your arrival. A lamp next to your bed gives you a chance to relax in your own domain before falling off to sleep.

The sofa converts into a full-sized queen bed, allowing the apartment to comfortably sleep four adults. Full high thread-count linen and quilts are provided for both beds.

A wardrobe and storage space for your luggage and personal belongings is provided, inside you’ll find an ironing board and iron for your convenience also.

Fresh towels can be found in the bathroom, next to the shower. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentary, along with the the salon hair dryer.

Outside you’ll find a huge balcony to enjoy the city views and ambiance. You can enjoy the comfort of the lounge room from the balcony, with wide opening glass doors and huge wicker outdoor tub chairs positioned around an outdoor coffee table. You’ll find the wine glasses in the kitchen. Outdoor entertaining doesn’t get better than this.

A private internal laundry is located in the hallway next to the kitchen, including both a washing machine and dryer. There’s a separate drying rack for more precious garments.

Timed street parking is available on the street directly out the front of the house – and it is usually easy enough to find a park either right outside the front door or within a few houses either side. If you need a more permanent car park during your stay, let me know as there are options nearby from as little as $8 per day.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Surry Hills and available for contact by email or phone.
