Bourke St Melbourne - Boutique 2 Bedroom Apartment

Right in the middle of Melbourne CBD and delicious laneway cafes, you’ll find my designer home has everything for a perfect stay. With two generous bedrooms, chic open plan living, executive pool and sauna, my home is opposite Southern Cross Station - providing complete convenience!
Embellished with state of the art design, my oversized apartment has could not be in a better position in the heart of Melbourne’s cultural and financial hubs.
The Space:
Stepping into my home, you’ll find yourself enjoying the contemporary interiors and designer feel to each room inside. Positioned in Bourke Street provides all guests direct access to Melbourne’s best cafes and restaurants, whether they be in laneways or main streets - you are truly spoilt for choice in this area when it comes to first-class eating out.

Spread over an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, my apartment keeps entertaining at the centre of every guest’s stay. With a covered outdoor balcony beckoning from within the home, you can enjoy light drinks or an afternoon tea out in the beautiful Melbourne weather all year round.

The generously-sized chef’s kitchen featuring executive stainless steel appliances and stylish functionality throughout is the perfect space to create delicious meals on the go. Here’s to some friendly Masterchef competition!

Moving beyond the entertainer’s kitchen, you can enjoy the Scandinavian-inspired dining setting with room for up to 6 guests and full crockery and table settings included. My friends and I have enjoyed long dinner parties here and just love the ambience of the apartment. The dining table also serves as a functional office space when working.

Built around minimalist interiors, my living space provides a simple, drawn back space in which guests can relax and enjoy themselves on the plush lounge and huge, flat screen TV. Additional arm chairs and ottomans provide extra comfort when kicking back after a long day of exploring the city!

Heading into the bedrooms, all beds include crisp, hotel quality linen, bedspreads and pillows. The main bedroom, offering additional storage in the form of mirrored cupboards, also features large windows to keep the space light and bright.

Further, the second bedroom offers two single beds, providing added flexibility for travelling families or groups. All bedrooms provide fluffy, white towels for the duration of your stay. The two single beds can be easily joined back together to make up a generous double bed.

The sofa in the lounge room transforms into a spacious, double-sized sofa bed with generous room for two more guests.

The large bathroom provides a stylishly functional combination shower and deep bath, letting you rewind in true style. All toiletries are provided with compliments for my guests, and a hair dryer can be found beneath the sink.

The adjoining laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron so you can be looking your best whilst in Melbourne!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Melbourne CBD provides you the perfect launch pad to zip off and enjoy the best that the city has to offer its visitors. With Michelin star restaurants, art galleries, Etihad Concert and Sport Stadium, there is no shortage of things to do in this area.

Down throughout Bourke Street, you can enjoy tourist landmarks and it is an easy stroll across the pedestrian bridges across to Melbourne’s glorious Southbank precinct along the Yarra River. You’ll also find famous restaurants just a quick walk away, like Chin Chin, Longrain, and the Press Club.

Nearby my apartment, there are many supermarkets that can be accessed on foot as well, including Coles and Woolworths.
Getting Around:
Accessing all of Melbourne’s top tourist destinations can be easily done on foot from my apartment - it is in such a central location. You can walk through Melbourne’s CBD, down the famous laneways, or along the Yarra River to all restaurants and bars, and you can also easily stroll to the National Gallery of Victoria and further, into the Ro
