The Space:
Step into my newly designed boutique apartment in the exclusive North Shore of Sydney. Minutes from shopping, cinemas, world-class restaurants and positioned in a peaceful neighbourhood, you will find everything you need close at hand.
Designed with a residential feel in mind, my apartment building features the perfect mix of convenience and contemporary style in a light, open plan interior setting.

My home is filled with superb natural lighting in all rooms and provides a warm, welcoming feeling for guests. Living spaces serve as flexible areas where families can stretch out and relax after a full day of exploring the best that Sydney has to offer in food, bars, shopping and natural wonders.

Upon entering my new apartment, you will find a large, gourmet kitchen with stone benchtops and European quality stainless steel appliances throughout. The kitchen also features generous preparation area for cooks who need that extra room to whip up the best of meals! I also provide a large fridge, dishwasher, oven and stove cooktop to ensure you don’t miss anything from home when travelling.

Flowing through is my Scandinavian inspired living room which provides a plush sofa space, flat screen TV, and plenty of room to unwind. From here you can enjoy leafy vistas of my neighbourhood in a quiet street-side location.

This brand new apartment offers a seamless selection of free-flowing contemporary living options created for year round indoor-outdoor enjoyment. This includes the stylishly functional outdoor courtyard space accessible from the living room, and provides the perfect spot to enjoy mornings cups of tea and a breakfast before heading into the day.

A contemporary glass dining setting allows you to enjoy meals comfortably, with full tableware and glassware available in the kitchen. The table allows for up to 6 guests to enjoy a meal together. It also serves as a great desk space for the travelling professional.

My apartment has reverse cycle air-conditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

There are two bedrooms complete with crisp, comfortable hotel quality 500 thread count linen. Both bedrooms also have built in wardrobes and bedside lamps located conveniently at either side of the bed.

Additional guests can make use of the large sofa bed located in the lounge room that unfolds into a bed, providing additional sleeping room for two more guests. Extra linen and pillows is available upon request.

In the main bathroom there is a designer bathtub and walk-through shower - perfect for relaxing after a long day. A salon hair dryer can be found under the sink. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily in both bathrooms.

There is a separate laundry off the entrance hall which incorporates a large washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

There is plenty of free street parking, with unlimited hours, available in front of my apartment.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located less than 1 kilometre from the Hornsby CBD, my home is only minutes from Westfields Hornsby Mall, schools, transport, Hornsby RSL, Ku-ring-gai National Park and the Hornsby and Sydney Adventist Hospitals. Staying at my apartment means experiencing total convenience and all the best that the upper North Shore life style has to offer.

Featuring bus services on each corner, and jus
