This listing has a very strict no party policy and only the guests who are staying at the house, are allowed to be on the premises. There are neighbours and therefore want to minimise excessive noise. Your help in keeping noise low, is much appreciated. Adjoining neighbours will complain to the police, council rangers will come and this could lead to an eviction of the property. This can all happen really quickly - so best use the house as a base to explore Dee Why & Sydney.

Welcome to my home! Located on a peaceful street, this sunny, bright and easy-to-find apartment offers exceptional convenience and classic beach vibes, being just a stone's throw away from Dee Why Beach and the Northern Beaches’ newest dining highlights.

Perfectly maintained and ready for your arrival, my delightful home sits on the top floor of a well-maintained boutique complex. Coming back from a day at the beach, you’ll find yourself basking in the warmth of the sun throughout my home and on my private entertaining balcony which offers beautiful leafy views.

The coastal-inspired living room features a plush sofa, perfect for chatting with friends, kicking-back and watching the TV, or turning into a sofa bed at night for two guests with plenty of space.

A Scandinavian dining setting complements the beachside interiors and offers seating for six - equally great for home cooked meals or quick breakfasts-to-go for the busy traveller.

The generous kitchen has European Smeg appliances and a dishwasher, as well as plenty of storage and bench space. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided - to make sure you have something to start your day!

The two comfortable and light-filled double bedrooms offer a perfect night’s sleep, as you hear the waves rolling in and enjoy the calmness of beachside living. My apartment is all about location, and you’ll love how easy it is to walk to the beach!

The newly renovated bathroom has a generous shower and you’ll find complimentary shampoo and conditioner under the sink. A salon hair-dryer is included to make sure you’re looking at your best!

Notable features of the building include full brick construction that will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter, a sizeable internal laundry room with washing machine, and a private carport, with easy access from the street.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

My place is a lovely home and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
When you come to Sydney, the beach is high priority for all travellers and my home is the perfect destination to escape the crowds and enjoy the serenity of Dee Why Beach. You can walk from my doorstep to the beach in less than 5 minutes - and is great for a swim all year round as well as morning walks along the promenade.
Convenience is optimum in this location, being a short walk to The Strand which offers some of Sydney’s best seafood restaurants and cafe cuisines. Dee Why has been described as one of the best beachside locations in Sydney and you’ll no doubt see why - delicious food, friendly people and still one of the best kept secrets amongst tourists.

A new shopping complex offering a Coles Supermarket, a Woolworths Supermarket and other assorted shops to get your holiday supplies is just 400m away and direct buses to the city can be reached on Pittwater Road, with services departing every 15 minutes.
