Positioned in the heart of idyllic Leura, my two bedroom cottage offers a quaint escape to the beautiful Blue Mountains with stylish interiors and complete convenience. Located just 200 metres from the boutique Leura Mall, my home provides guests with free parking and direct access to all that can be enjoyed in bush walks, restaurants, cafes and outdoor activities.

The Space:
Welcome to Acacia Cottage! This cosy and easy-to-find home offers exceptional convenience and well-appointed finishes, being just a stone's throw away from the shopping, eating and entertaining hubs within Leura. You’ll find yourself only minutes from Leura Mall, and some of the best bushwalking tracks in the area.

Stylishly appointed and ready for your arrival, my delightful home offers all that guests require for their stay. Blessed with a beautifully sunny aspect looking out over Leura village, the cottage provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind after an adventurous day.

Moving into the heart of my home, you’ll find a generous open plan living and dining area - making it a great area for entertaining amongst guests. The living room features antique furnishings that seat all guests comfortably. With a large flat screen TV, guests can enjoy warm nights inside, watching their favourite programs.

Extending through to the gourmet kitchen, you’ll find complete cooking functionality and appliances at your disposal ready to whip up something delicious. The kitchen space includes generous storage, large fridge, microwave and oven with additional stove top cooking. Tea, coffee pods, and sugar are provided - to make sure you have something to start your day!

The stylish dining space seats up to 5 guests with all crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils provided for each stay. The breakfast bar by the kitchen provides additional dining room and is perfect for a quick meal on the go before heading out for a day of exploring.

What I love about my home is the natural light that brightens every room inside and the bedrooms are no exception. The two comfortable bedrooms both have built-in wardrobes - perfect for storing luggage while travelling. Crisp, high quality linen is provided for all bedding.

Additional guests are welcome to use the double sized sofa bed located in the living room. Additional linen, including an extra comfort quilt, are available upon request to ensure everyone has a great night’s sleep. I also provided a high-chair and baby’s cot for younger travellers!

The well-maintained bathrooms have a combined shower and bath, and you’ll find complimentary shampoo and conditioner under the sink. A salon hair-dryer is included to make sure you’re looking at your best! The luxurious towel heater also provides additional comfort throughout your stay.

Guests can also enjoy a spa bath located inside - just perfect for a romantic escape!

The covered balcony features an outdoor dining setting as well as a BBQ.

Free NBN wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

The space is perfect for families and groups staying in Leura for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. Keyless entry is used with this cottage and you'll receive a pin code for the door upon booking.
Interaction with Guests:
Keyless entry is provided for all guests so that they can come and go as they please when in Leura. During your stay I will be nearby in Leura and available for contact by email or phone when required.
The Neighborhood:
Leura is situated at the gateway to the Blue Mountains and is perfectly positioned for you to make the most of the area. Only a short walk away are some of the area’s most stunning nature trails and tourist sites, including the Three Sisters, the Scenic Railway and horse riding throughout the area. Other attractions are Jenolan Caves, Megalong Valley, Segway tours at the picturesque Fairmont Resort, local golf courses, mountain biking, climbing and abseiling.

Just a short stroll away is Leura Village - renowned for its antique shopping, boutique cafes and friendly locals. You’ll also find a great array of markets and local produce on offer in the village, whilst nearby are some of the most inspiring lookouts over the Blue Mountains ranges and valleys.
