Located in the best part of Sydney, near the city’s newest dining and cafe scenes, this homely residence provides guests with a personalised stay. The Space:
Combining industrial chic with modern finishings, my residence is an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of Sydney. Get ready to surround yourself in gorgeous interior design, functional spaces and a sprawling entertaining terrace to enjoy Sydney weather all year round.


With premium furnishings throughout and only positioning only 10 minutes to Sydney Airport, you’ll find it easy to explore Sydney in style. My home features two large entertaining courtyards, with leafy garden spaces throughout - providing an oasis for guests to enjoy during their stay.


Stepping through the arched doorway and into my home, you’ll find a cosy and well lit sitting room, with a lounge, plenty of books to enjoy and a workspace that is perfect for the travelling professional. Antique furnishings and modern features combine together into a gorgeous setting for all.


Moving through down the heritage hallway and into the open plan living and dining, guests can enjoy a large lounge with premium flat screen plasma TV. You’ll love to sit back here after a long day of exploring the sights and sounds of Sydney - and why not do it in style!


The dining and kitchen space has been built with family entertaining in mind - the large Scandinavian-infused dining setting and gourmet kitchen set the scene for functional, yet stylish entertaining. The dining table seats up to 8 guests comfortably, with all crockery, cutlery and glassware provided for up to 6 guests.


The gourmet kitchen, with its sleek design and generously sized bench space, provides all modern conveniences in a beautifully designed environment. You’ll find an oversized stainless steel fridge, oven, stove top, microwave and all cooking utensils and pans provided. Guests can being to whip up their favourite meals in this executive kitchen space in no time.


Further to the rear of the residence you’ll find a combined laundry and bathroom with a walk-through shower. In the laundry, guests can use the washing machine, dryer and laundry sink to keep themselves looking fresh during their time away - especially the ironing board and iron. The bathroom includes quality shampoos, conditioners and extra fluffy towels for all my guests.


Heading upstairs and into the bedrooms, both queen sized beds feature crisp, hotel quality linen and plush bedding for a good night’s sleep. The main bedroom also features a gorgeous covered balcony with outdoor entertaining space that is perfect for a morning cup of coffee. You’ll find storage space in each bedroom, and suits travelling guests with luggage perfectly.


In the outdoor courtyard, guests can relax amongst leafy garden spaces and soak up the Sydney sun!


Free Wi-Fi can be found throughout the property and is available for all guests.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.

Alexandria is one of Sydney’s trendiest suburbs and is nestled in the heart of the city. With premium locations bordering its edges, such as Waterloo, Darlinghurst, Chippendale and the Central Business District. It is quintessential inner city living in Sydney, where eating out is the norm and there is an endless array of options for evening activities.

Home to many creative types and urban professionals, Alexandria combines peaceful and leafy inner-city living with a chic buzzing vibe that sits investment bankers with youthful hipsters at the same shared table for breakfast.

It is a family, professional, LGBTI and solo-traveller friendly neighbourhood that is welcoming of everyone.

The apartment is located within a 2-5min walk from Ce
