Enjoying spectacular waterfront views in the heart of one of the Gold Coast, my home is the ideal place to relax and unwind. With a tennis court, two large beds and a stylish gym, my home is designed with entertainment and tropical vibes in mind.

My beautiful home is positioned just moments from all the action on Surfers Paradise, with convenient access to the Main Boulevard for all shopping and cafes. I can’t wait to welcome you to my residence - you’ll be sure to have the perfect time away.
The Space:
With beachside access and a resort-style space, my home boasts flowing, open-plan areas with light, bright interiors located throughout the entire property. The exquisite location of my home is enhanced by lush tropical gardens on the ground floor and an outdoor balcony space that sets the perfect backdrop for your guests.

A seamless flow between internal spaces and the interplay between the interior and exterior of my home underlines a feeling of openness and sanctuary. Natural light, sumptuous textures and refined finishes create a feeling of functional sophistication.

You’ll never get tired of the views, and my living space is no exception with sweeping water vistas to be enjoyed from plush sofas and a large flat-screen TV.

My home features two large beds, with crisp, hotel quality 500 thread count linen - ready for a good night’s sleep with the sea breeze flowing through at night.

My residence also features one generous, fresh bathroom, with a luxurious step-in shower and ornate European finishings. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided with compliments. The salon hair dryer is kept on the wall of the bathroom.

Moving outside, you’ll be able to enjoy long and sunny afternoons out at the alfresco dining area and balcony. Downstairs, there is a tennis court also available for use for guests. Guests can also enjoy an oasis pool providing refreshing relief from the Gold Coast sun all day, every day!

Laundry facilities are located in the main lobby of the building reception.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table is a great space for business travellers needing desk space. My home also has a fully ducted air conditioning system to keep you cool in summer.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you. The space is perfect for families, groups staying in the Gold Coast for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in the Gold Coast and available for contact by email or phone.

Blue water yachting, fishing and diving also await.
