Welcome to my home away from home. Located in a relaxed, incredibly landscaped resort and central to some of the most beautiful beaches and attractions of the Central Coast. Just 5 minutes from Tuggerah Lake and 10 minutes to the sandy beaches, and inclusive of a private country club and golf resort, my 4 bedroom beach house is a high-end accommodation option for those who wish to relax in style.

The Space:
Welcome to one of the most sought after addresses in Wyong. My entertainer’s home is one of a few architecturally designed residences located within an exclusive community in Wyong.

With views looking over the riverfront, my home provides the perfect space to unwind and enjoy the best of beachside living with a sprawling backyard and riverfront access too.

Stepping into the home, guests can enjoy a modern open plan living-dining area that suits all guests comfortably. The light, bright interiors of my living room and generously plush sofas is a great space to kick back with friends after a long day. You’ll find two large lounges situated around a crisp, large coffee table, that together look out onto the grassy backyard and riverfront. Guests can enjoy a large flat screen TV in the living room, with plenty of shows to watch.

Featuring high-end appliances, large pantry and family sized fridge, the kitchen is packed with everything you need for delicious dining. The kitchen has a dishwasher so you won’t have to spend time doing dishes while on holiday in Australia. All washing up items can be found beneath the sink for guests to use during their stay. An additional breakfast bar provides the perfect spot to prepare meals on the go - ready for a big day ahead!

The kitchen flows through to the dining table which comfortably seats six guests, with all crockery, glasses and dining utensils provided each stay. The dining table also serves as a work desk space for the travelling professional.

Through to the executive bedrooms, all beds have luxurious 5* hotel mattresses with extra support for a sound night’s sleep. All bedding has 500 thread count hotel quality linen, with all stays including fresh cotton bath towels for all guests.

The master bedroom features a large queen bed and its own private light-filled balcony which opens out onto the backyard. The balcony is simply gorgeous for a morning cup of coffee before heading out to explore the area.

Three other bedrooms also feature double beds and huge built-in wardrobes to store your luggage. Each room is well lit and very spacious.

The ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom is home to a luxurious bathtub and an additional modern shower. The main bathroom also features a large shower for guests to enjoy. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily. The salon hair dryer is kept under the sink.

Next to the bathroom, you will also find a separate internal laundry, including washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout the home and the dining table can be used as a workstation for business travellers.

There is a private garage for two full-sized cars and additional street parking for larger boats or visitors.
Everywhere you look space is plentiful. Additional reading rooms and resting areas can be found all throughout the house.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in the area for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Wyong and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Wyong is located on the beautiful NSW Central Coast, and is home to some of the most pristine lakeside spots on offer. Guests can reach the beaches in less than 10 minutes.
