With crisp interiors and modern finishings, my brand new apartment is your perfect getaway offering the best in luxury style and city convenience. It is situated on Collins St, and gives guests direct access to the best of Melbourne, including Etihad Stadium.
Embellished with a generous layout, my home will take your breath away. My oversized apartment has one large bedroom, a comfortable sofa bed, open plan living and dining, and could not be in a better position in the heart of Melbourne.
The Space:
A pure statement in contemporary space and design, my apartment presents itself as the ultimate retreat - walking distance to all of the amazing restaurants and cafes - Chin Chin, Longrain and many more!

With dazzling light streaming through into the living space and open plan kitchen-dining areas from the Yarra River below, prepare to enjoy your afternoons whether inside on the couch admiring the city views or enjoying a few quiet drinks with friends on the balcony as the sun goes down. The views from up here are simply amazing!

Upon entry into my apartment, you’ll find a well-sized kitchen with quality finishes and great functionality! With stainless appliances, as well as brand new oven and stove up, it is perfect for a group of guests. It’s a light, bright kitchen and I have always found myself entertaining from this part of the house - my friends love it!

Beyond the kitchen, you can enjoy sweeping city views of the Yarra River precinct and the CBD from a generous Scandinavian inspired dining table setting for up to four guests comfortably, complete with all crockery. When the morning sun glints through the double glazed glass doors, I always enjoy starting the morning around this table. The dining table also serves as a functional office space when working.

My chic lounge room includes a huge flat screen TV and plush linen sofa - perfect for kicking back after a full day of exploring. The lounge transforms into a large two person sofa bed for additional guests.
Heading into the bedroom, you’ll find hotel quality linen, bedspreads and pillows in all three rooms on the queen size beds. The bedroom features large sliding wardrobes with full length mirrors, providing plenty of storage for travellers and their suitcases.

Opening up from the bedroom is a covered entertainer’s balcony that puts you directly in view of the Melbourne CBD, and is fabulous for a few drinks when heading out to enjoy the night.
My home comes complete with an ultra-modern bathroom. With a stylish design and a walk-in shower featuring a luxurious rainfall showerhead, the bathroom will service all your needs. I provide guests with quality shampoos, conditioners and extra fluffy towels.

The adjoining laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron so you can be looking your best whilst in Melbourne!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the apartment, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Melbourne and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Convenience is optimum in Docklands, being a short walk to the Yarra and Etihad Stadium, where you can enjoy amazing pop concerts and international superstars.
Further along in Collins Street, there are a great selection of brunch, lunch and dinner locations that I love visiting with my friends including specialty coffee brewers, world class restaurants such as Chin Chin and Longrain. Have fun exploring this great area, where there’s something new around the corner.
Your nearest supermarket is Woolworths Victoria Harbour, which is just a 30 second walk from my apartment where you can also find a bakery, wine shop and other assorted stores to make your visit that much easier.
Getting Around:
Accessing all of Melbourne’s top tourist destinations can be easily done on foot from my apartment - it is in such a central location. You can walk along the Yarra River to all restaurants and bars, and you can also stroll through the CBD to Federation Square and Flinder Street Station.
Trams are another great way to get around when in the area, with the Victoria Harbour Docklands Stop D18 taking you right from the outside of my apartment to the rest of the CBD.
