For rent is my newly built and freshly styled Carlingford apartment. Positioned in the heart of Sydney’s north, my residence is the perfect spot for your stay in NSW. With a two bedrooms, kitchen, designer open living space and warm outdoor pool, this can be your temporary sanctuary.

My home is just a 7 minute walk from Carlingford Station which will connect you with the best of Sydney. There’s also a large shopping mall nearby that will allow you to stock up on any groceries you may need!
The Space:
This boutique property features open spaces to create a feeling of calmness and relaxation. With its prime location, you’ll have access to both Carlingford Train Station and a regular bus services up the road which will allow you to explore all of Sydney!

My kitchen rules and is equipped with new and reliable stainless appliances so you can get your Masterchef on. The kitchen also comes with coffee and tea to make those mornings extra delightful. Dinnerware, glassware and all cutlery is provided. You wont have to hand wash anything as there’s a dishwasher. Also, there's no need to provide your own laundry supplies - I’ve got you covered.

Going across to the dining room, you can enjoy your meals on the large dining table or go outside onto the balcony to feel the breeze and warmth of the Aussie sun. My dining table seats up to four people comfortably, with full crockery and cutlery provided.

If you decide to stay in, there’s free WIFI and you can simply use the large table as a temporary desk! Again, the TV is there for you to enjoy or you can use your laptop and stream some Netflix!

Both bedrooms feature a very comfortable double beds with one large walk in wardrobes for you to place any luggage you might have. Both beds are decked out with high quality linen and you’ll also have direct access to the balcony from the main bedroom.

My home also features brand new bathrooms. Toiletries including shampoo and conditioner are provided with compliments. In the laundry there is a brand new washing machine and dryer plus the necessary detergents.

Outside there’s a beautiful heated pool for you to take a swim and work on that cardio you’ve been ignoring. Alternatively, you can go for a walk to Hunts Creek Waterfall and enjoy one of Sydney’s hidden gems.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in the Carlingford, my apartment provides direct and convenient access to all parts of Sydney - including the city thanks to the abundance of public transport. The neighbourhood is very quiet and a perfect place to go for walks. Don’t forget about Hunts Creek Waterfall - you would be surprised how many locals don’t know about the spot.

It is a family, professional, LGBTI and solo-traveller friendly neighbourhood that is welcoming of everyone.
Getting Around:
My apartment is just a 7 minute walk from Carlingford Station, all on level ground, making it easy after a long flight.

There are regular train services running from Carlingford Station that will take you to all of Sydney making the airport also accessible. You can also find constant bus services on both Adderton Street and the Cumberland Highway.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
