Chic Boutique Apartment - Direct Access to Airport

Welcome to my newly furnished apartment in Zetland! Close to the airport and with easy access to public transport that will connect you to the best of Sydney. With a spacious open plan featuring one comfy bedroom, an indoor pool, gym and sauna, my home can serve as your haven.

The residence is a short walk from Green Square station which will connect you directly to both the airport and Sydney. Otherwise, there are regular bus services on Joynton Avenue that’ll take you where you need to go!
The Space:
The property’s open plan design utilises white space and chic styling creates a tranquil private space for you and your fellow guests. After a long day at Bondi or enjoying the city, settle down on the cosy sofa bed and relax, you deserve it.

Zetland is popular for it’s modern neighbourhood and the abundance of great food on almost every corner. Green Square station is also a short walk from my home so you’ll have easy access to the eastern suburbs and the rest of Sydney. The train line is also directly connected to both the International and Domestic Airports!

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances ready for your culinary creations and a large fridge to store all the ingredients. Dinnerware, glassware and utensils are all provided and can be found in the kitchen and on the dining table.

Once you’ve cooked up some delicious food, you can enjoy it at the dining table that seats four. The TV is within viewing distance so you can enjoy Aussie TV whilst eating. Alternatively, you can pop outside onto your private balcony and eat there or have your coffee, and chill. If cooking isn’t your thing, Zetland is filled with new cafes and restaurants that do both eat-in and take away!

If you need to do some work, the dining table can double as a temporary workstation. Otherwise you can just use the black desk near the entry of the apartment. Take advantage of the unlimited fast WIFI and sneak some Netflix in there while you’re at it!

Moving into the bedroom, there’s a comfortable double bed fitted with 500 thread count linen. The bedroom is spacious and features a walk in wardrobe, so there is more than enough room for any luggage and clothes you may have. The large living room also features a second double bed just as comfortable as the main one but has that added bonus of access to the big TV. Who doesn’t like watching TV in bed?

The sparkling clean bathroom is all new and features a spacious shower that doubles as a bath-tub. Scrub-a-dub! Toiletries including shampoo and conditioner are all provided with compliments.

You’ll also have your own private washing machine and bathtub. Again, detergents are provided which makes this apartment perfect for those longer stays! If you need to iron your clothes, I’ve you covered. Both the iron and ironing board are provided and can be found in the laundry.

If you decide not to go out and just want to have your fun locally, the apartment building features a heated indoor pool, gym and sauna. You can work off all those calories from eating Sydney’s delicious foods.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in Zetland, my apartment provides direct and convenient access to all parts of the Eastern Suburbs and Sydney. You’ll find yourself with easy access to Sydney city and the airports via Green Square Station.
Getting Around:
My apartment is just a short walk from Green Square Station, which is a less than 10 minute train ride from the airports! Otherwise, there are frequent bus services on Joynton Avenue which will take you out east to Bondi and the other beaches or into the heart of the city.
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
