Positioned in a perfect waterfront beachside location, my designer apartment features large open plan spaces. Featuring two bedrooms and secure on-site parking, my residence offers guests the ultimate in accommodation with outdoor tennis court, heated pool, gym and BBQ area.
Guests can enjoy newly updated interiors and generous bedrooms - all in direct view of the Gold Coast’s beautiful beaches. You can look forward to a short walk to some of the best cafes and restaurants in the area!
The Space:
Welcome to my luxury beachfront apartment, moments from the ocean and with views of the Gold Coast that will keep you in awe of the beautiful coast.

With a large open-plan area and vibrant furniture, this Gold Coast apartment will serve as your temporary sanctuary. My apartment offers almost 360 degree views of Palm Beach. The large windows will keep you bathed in natural light whilst having a view of some of the best beaches with whale sightings a common sight throughout the day!

Let my kitchen rule and cook up a storm! Full dinnerware and glassware can be found in the kitchen area. Once you’re ready, get out onto the balcony and enjoy your food with a couple of drinks, or more. If you don’t feel like cooking, a beautiful stroll will take you to some of the Gold Coast’s nicest cafes and restaurants.

Moving into the dining room,, enjoy sweeping beach views as you enjoy your favourite meals from a six person setting. Full crockery, cutlery and glassware is provided for all guests. My dining table also serves as a work station for the travelling professional.

My home features two large beds, with crisp, hotel quality 500 thread count linen - ready for a good night’s sleep with the sea breeze flowing through at night. Each bedroom features sliding cupboards for storage, with plenty of room for luggage.

My residence also features two generous, fresh bathrooms, each with luxurious step-in showers. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided with compliments. A hair dryer is kept on the wall of the main bathroom. There’s also no need to run downstairs to do your laundry, you’ll have your own washing machine and dryer - I’ve got you covered.

During the day, dip your toes in the large heated covered pool or walk a short distance to Palm Beach and get your tan on. If you want to stay indoors, we’ve got you covered with our fast WIFI. Settle down with some Netflix or watch the footy on the smart flatscreen!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Gold Coast and available for contact by email or phone.

Ideally located only a short distance from the white sandy beaches of Surfers Paradise and positioned with an exclusive waterside community, my home is in one of the most tranquil areas of the Gold Coast, situated in Clear Island Waters. In just a short walk down the road, you’ll find boutique cafes and restaurants.
With a grand expanse of coastline embracing some of the world’s most beautiful surf beaches, the Gold Coast is Australia’s premier lifestyle city. Great restaurants offer acclaimed cuisine. There’s a host of cosmopolitan cafés and coffee shops, fabulous shopping, theatres and galleries, sophisticated nightlife and the world class entertainment of Conrad Jupiters Casino. Blue water yachting, fishing and diving also await. In the peaceful Gold Coast hinterland, take pleasure in exploring picturesque villages, historic buildings, wineries, galleries and a World Heritage National Park.
Direct access to the M1 freeway puts the culture and commerce of Brisbane, Queensland’s capital, just 60 minutes’ drive away. Perfect spots for family fun are within easy reach, including playgrounds, tennis courts and golf courses, as well as many of the Gold Coast’s famous theme parks.

My home is located in Palm Beach, conveniently located just a 10 minute drive from the Gold Coast CBD. You’ll find my residence perfectly positioned just off the Gold Coast Highway, making direct car access very simple with free secure parking.
