The Space:
Welcome to my newly renovated home in Sydney’s inner city, located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park and minutes from the airport. A pure statement in contemporary luxury and design, my apartment presents itself as the ultimate retreat, and is home to the city’s first class restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques. It’s in an exclusive neighbourhood with the convenience of frequent transport whilst being only 15 minute drive from the Sydney CBD.

My home has European-inspired interiors, with a focus on Scandinavian style embellished with soft light, airy rooms and stylish functionality. The home features a large open-plan family living area flowing between the kitchen, dining room and lounge room. Featuring quality fittings and superior detail, the gourmet kitchen features stone benchtops, gas cook tops, stainless steel appliances and quality taps. The kitchen also includes a kettle, toaster and dishwasher. You’ll also find a microwave oven and family-sized fridge in the kitchen.

A contemporary dining setting allows you to enjoy meals comfortably, full tableware, crockery and glassware is available in the kitchen. There is seating for up to 6 guests spread between the dining table and the breakfast bar, which allows for quick and easy meals before heading out for work or to explore Sydney during your time away. The dining table also serves as a great light-filled workspace.

Flowing through to the living space, you’ll be blown away by the spectacular views out of Olympic Park and the Sydney city in the distance. With a plush sofa, arm chairs and huge flat-screen TV, my living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. Sit back, enjoy the views and the company of friends all night long in my spacious living room.

The open plan dining and living interiors open out onto a glorious covered entertainer’s balcony that provide further views of the parklands below. The outdoor courtyard is ideal for entertaining family and friends and becomes a private garden oasis when relaxing after a busy day.

Both bedrooms include large beds, five-star hotel, 500 thread count linen, as well as sliding full length mirrors and storage space for travellers. For additional guests, the living room sofa converts into a plush, two-person sofa bed providing comfortable room for a good night’s sleep. Extra linen and pillows can be provided upon request for the sofa bed.

In both bathrooms you’ll find a chic, open plan glass shower and stainless steel facilities. A salon hair dryer can be found under the sink of the main bathroom. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily.

Outside you can enjoy the peaceful ambience and fresh air in the large courtyard. You can make use of the outdoor table and chairs for alfresco entertaining.

Secure parking is provided for all guests and is located within the building.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
The Neighborhood:
My home is centrally located in Sydney Olympic Park, providing direct access to all major Sydney conventions, exhibitions, sporting events and music venues within a moment’s walk. Situated nearby are some of Sydney’s best cafes, restaurants and bars in the precincts of Newington and Concord.
