This big, bright home is on a beautiful, quiet street in the heart of Sydney. It comfortably fits 6 and is set amongst Surry Hills & Redfern's best bars, restaurants, cafes and galleries.

Our home is a classic Sydney terrace with flowing indoor/outdoor living.

You'll be a close to everything you could want in Sydney - especially as you are just a 5 or 6 minute walk to Central train station.

Welcome to my beautiful home in Redfern. My property features three bedrooms and is able to sleep seven guests. The timber floors and furnishings provide a homey feel and I hope my home can serves as your temporary sanctuary.

Due to its prime location, you’ll be surrounded by an abundance of Sydney’s best restaurants and cafes. You’ll be a just a short stroll away from the famous Three Williams; a cafe serving some of the best food and coffee in all of Sydney. If you want to go on a little adventure outside the neighbourhood, both Redfern and Central Stations are just a 10 minute walk away. This will connect you with all of Sydney and the rest of NSW.

The living room features comfortable couches and a flat screen TV ready for you to simply sit down and relax after a long day of exploring what Sydney has an offer. All rooms of the property feature large windows that will fill the rooms with beautiful soft light. If you want some fresh air, just duck outside or open the windows. Just don’t forget to close them!

The large kitchen is completely equipped with stainless steel appliances ready for you to get your masterchef on. There’s enough room in there for you and your guests to be a team of amateur chefs. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery are all provided and can be found in the kitchen. There’s also a dishwasher with the necessary detergent so please make sure the dishes are washed before checking out of the property.

Once you’ve cooked up a storm, you can enjoy your culinary creation at the large dining table or kitchen table. Alternatively, there’s a table outside that would be perfect. If cooking isn’t your thing, just remember that you’re in Sydney after all and surrounded by the best food in the country. Give the surrounding restaurants and cafes a go - you will not be disappointed.

If you need to do some work, both tables can double as temporary workspaces thanks to the unlimited fast WIFI. Make the most of it and squeeze some Netflix in there while you’re at it.

There are three very spacious bedrooms all fitted with comfortable beds and top quality linen. There’s enough space to place all your luggage and any clothes you might have purchased when shopping in the CBD or Bondi. The master bedroom also features a balcony with a daybed - perfect for napping!

The property also features generous bathrooms with the main containing a large shower. Toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided with compliments.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. One set of keys will be provided to both the front and back doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.
Interaction with Guests:
In some instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.
Getting Around:
Our home's central location makes getting around Sydney very easy.

Central Station, the biggest railway & subway station in the city - is just a five or six minute walk away. Redfern Station is also the same distance away. Cleveland St also has a number of buses that run regularly - just 200m away.

That said, it is very easy to walk to a number of great locations nearby, including Surry Hills, Redfern, Chinatown, Sydney University, UTS, Chippendale, and the southern part of the CBD.

If you have a car there is plenty of all day parking on two streets nearby (about a 200m walk from our home).
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.
